Jay helped me get the registration done. I could not add the pin number. He was patient and willing to walk me through all the steps. Jay definitely provided great customer service.

Trying to get them to approve my claim was extremely difficult but once they finally did it was very easy to get the phone repaired and they gave me a $500 credit instead of $300 after i complained for going back and forth with me over email for 3 days. The repair was fast and they did a good job. As soon as my repair was done i purchased another screen protector. Good product but customer service can improve a lot

At first I started to think that Key Liquid Glass Screen Protection was a fake company until I spoke with Jay Lee. He got me to the right website and even walked me through it, Jay was very helpful and very polite. Let me not forget he was knowledgeable in what he was helping me with. I've dealt with a lot of people over the phone and none of them have been as good, courteous than Jay, Jay needs to be a trainer on how to communicate to people.
