After buying liquid screen I was a bit skeptical because of the warranty process. Finally after finding a customer service number. The process was easy, the customer rep. Gave me his ext.number and answered the few times I called, thank you Jay Lee Sincerely satisfied customer

I was having trouble registering my phone. I sent an email and got an immediate response from Jay. He walked me through the set up of the application and I was ready to go.

Very unprofessional company I had to run back to the store that I bought warranty life at more than 3 times. Would have been so much more helpful if the company told me in one detailed email all the steps that included all the information needed for the refund. Not in the 15+ email thread that asked for new information in each email.

It was seamless. Really simple and to the point
