Completely waste of money. Screen cracked after a month. Will never purchase from this horrible company ever again. **edit to reply - Problem: I attempted to file a claim for a product that was in warranty to get my cell phone fixed after my screen had cracked. Their website stated to submit the required information in a message. I did so. That day I received a very generic response to my request. The company requested that I submit a form with the same information and pictures of the IMEI/ESN#. I did not submit the information because I already submitted the information through their portal and their pictures of their requested items when I registered the product. I did not receive any other communication after 6 months. I then submitted the form to attempt to file the claim and received no further communication. I then waited for another 6 months and sent them a message stating that I have not been told if me attempting to file a claim was processed, waiting for additional information or pictures that I had not sent them, or if my claim had even been started. The only message I have ever received was directions on how to start a claim. I never officially filed a claim by their definition if I was in fact missing claim proof. Then I received a message that my claim was filed in July 2018, and since I did not provide them with pictures within 30 days, my claim was denied.

Hello, We do request customers to send information and a picture of the damaged device. We have to verify that the device matches the warranty registered and verify actual damage to the screen. It is standard procedure to verify damages in a warranty claim. Please provide a ticket number so we can review your issue or send your information to [email protected]. We want to see if we can resolve your issue. Thank you.
