As a traveling photographer I need a bad that I can rely on, and my wandrd bag is always there in the trenches with me! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the bag and the company!

I had ordered a product during a sale, but I had accidentally ordered it in the wrong color. To make sure I didn't miss the sale, I ordered the correct color and messaged customer support to try to cancel my first order before it shipped. Customer support was quick to respond with saying cancelling the order would be pretty difficult since they are also quick to ship. To help me, customer support refunded my first order and said to just keep the first order. Pretty awesome for the customer service to too that for me. Additionally, the other color I ordered was out of stock, but they still allowed people to pre-order the next drop with the sales price. The pre-order shipped just a few days later.

One of the best customer experiences ever received.. Ari was incredibly personable, knew her products and recommendations, and was just a joy to work with. Their bags are top quality and incredibly happy I chose the new PRVKE (perfect for a mix of office travels and hiking/gym storage). Keep up the amazing work Wandrd team and merci beaucoup again Ari :-)!

[Update, Nov 1] They ultimately did resolve the issue and shipped a new package out with the missing order items. I understand all the delays, I do. I just wished there was more transparency... or accuracy from the beginning to avoid the troubles. Increased my experience to 3 stars. // I know that by the time this review is up, WANDRD will reach out to resolve the issue. I ordered a backpack with an essentials bundle. When I received the box, which shipped fairly quickly, it didn't include the bundle at all. I got the empty backpack, which yes, looks like a great product. I emailed customer service. "Kyle" responded saying he will have it sent out soon. He promised the warehouse will ship it out on Thursday, but it's now Saturday, and I haven't received a response in a few days. I understand that COVID complicates shipping and beyond, but for an order that's nearly $300, I would appreciate some honesty about product availability. Even while they missed half of my order, they still planned to ship 'ground' rather than expedite it as one would hope for. I hate to be that *difficult* customer, but these products are not cheap. I feel robbed, and to be ignored about whether my order is even coming, is ridiculous. Half my order is missing, customer service hasn't responded, the deadline to ship the missing items has passed. The backpack doesn't really work as a camera backpack without the bundle. I don't need another backpack. I needed a camera backpack. I've requested a full refund. I'd rather have my money back than the product I was excited to receive. Beware of purchasing through WANDRD and consider settling for a competitor who probably would send you exactly what you ordered.

Probably the best bag I've ever owned. I didn't have any issues with customer support as a lot of people here. I was looking for a bag that would fit Sony A6400 with couple lenses and have some spare room for other things. Prvke bag had this special compartment for camera and easy access side pocket to get it out fast. Perfect bag for a casual photographer. I've had it for a year and you can hardly tell that it is used at all! Build quality seems great.

Im an DP of 23 years and after so many years on the tools I now find it incredibly difficult to do my job without an accompanying dump pouch of some sort that contains my small quick grab items as time is generally against me when working at major events. For the past 22 years Ive used the same custom side bag that I designed made myself using my friends at Cactus (NZ). As you can imagine after that amount of time it finally blew out! Good innings though. I was recently in Tokyo filming for 60 days shooting the BBC Olympics and the Channel 4 Paralympic games. I went shopping in Yodabishi super store and tried every single bag that had which took a few hours…. And I couldn’t believe my luck when I came across the "Detour hip pack!!!” OH my gosh it changed the game for me. So fricken good. Not to big, the double strap feature so you can push it out of the way, the side handles etc.. I also purchased the inner inflatable camera cube which is bang on brilliant and a must have. It has become an asset that will be with me daily no matter how big or small the job.

Incredible, well thought out products. I bought the PRVKE 31 when it was on Kickstarter. This bag was absolutely perfect as a photographer, traveller, camper. Use it as a camera and laptop bag, or guy the cube out of it and use it for more everyday activities. I’d often take the cube out and go to the supermarket and PACK IT TO THE TOP with no issues. The build quality is exceptional and you just know this bag will last you for so many years. Their product range only grows from strength to strength, seeing where it could be better or different. Sometimes you don’t want a backpack if you’re just walking around your neighbourhood with a camera + change of lens, so I’ve recently bought the 6L sling which looks incredible. I can’t wait for that and my sling strap to arrive. Not only that but I also have the Carryall Duffel which is PERFECT to bridge that gap when the PRVKE 31 can’t carry everything you might need for several days away plus your camera kit. I am someone who has working as a lighting technician in the fashion and advertising world for 13+ years. I have encountered many different situations where you need many different bags and these folk just get it. They clearly shoot, travel, hike, bike and everything in between. Keep up the good work team!

I absolutely adore this company!! Not only is every product spectacular, their customer service is unparalleled and their products truly are durable and meant for life!! I can't stress enough how pumped I am to have discovered this company ! <3
