I bought my PRVKE wandrd bag in 2016 for my first trip outside of the country to Greece. I don’t know how I heard about the bag, but I’m a professional photographer and was an amateur student at the time. I took this everywhere then, and I still do to this day. Countless countries, assignments, road trips and moves. It’s my safety blanket for traveling, and I’m really sentimental about my pack after hauling it through the Sahara desert, in and out of refugee camps, through weddings on the streets of Morocco, and into protests and hearings at the Capitol in D.C. It’s been covered in stickers and patches for years, and I really consider it part of my travels and part of my story as a photographer. This may all sound silly as I know it’s “just a product” but after you sleep on something alone in an airport, or use it as back support while logging photos, or take it across the country as you move over and over, it honestly becomes more than a bag. I needed help through customer service recently and was met with complete kindness and genuine care. The workers here really mind what they’re putting out into the world; product or energy. I’ll be recommending Wandrd products even more than before!

Very good intervention of the Wandrd customer support. I had a mistake with my new Inflatable Lens Case. After having inflated it, even with the valve well closed, there was an air leak and the lens case deflates in few minutes. After a quick verification of the problem, the wandrd team decided to send me a new one. I received it just after 3 days and it is 100% efficient. Thank you very much !

Though I like the products, I really cannot recommend purchasing from WANDRD. The support is somehow unwilling to help: instead of following the standard procedure for B2B (Business to Business) purchases and wave off VAT for purchases across countries inside of the EU, they tried to shake me off with false information and did not seem to care at all about having happy customers. Really cannot recommend. ** EDIT after the company's reply on 17th January, 2022: ** Clearly, there is a lack of understanding on how VAT is dealt with in the European Union in B2B purchases across countries. As WANDRD support wrote on 28th December 2021: "I'm afraid that since we're selling from an European State to another, VAT must apply. Our warehouse is in the Netherlands, which is why we apply and collect the Dutch VAT rate by default, as we don't offer to wave off VAT. Any exemption to this should be regarded directly by your local administration. If any other rate should apply to your specific case, that should be handled in the form of a VAT return request." Of course, it is not possible for me as a German citizen to reclaim paid VAT from the dutch fiscal authority, but this is exactly what WANDRD's support recommended. I can only recommend WANDRD to look into Europe's VAT regulations once again.

I purchased the PRVKE31 photography bundle along with a wrist strap, shoe bag and medium travel cube after speaking at length with customer service. The customer service is phenomenal. They respond in a reasonable time. The responses were always personable, individually tailored, friendly, detailed and very helpful, no matter how many questions I had. Unfortunately due to covid my shipment had a significant delay. August became February but thankfully the Wandrd team pulled through and surprised me in November! I couldn't have been more stoked. The products. PRVKE31 - fantastic bag, very well made, secure, easy access, loads of pockets, weather proof, holds its shape really well, comfortable even packed full of heavy camera gear/clothes and to top it all off... stylish af. I can take it backpacking, to work, on a day trip or weekend away. My perfect r/onebag imo. Even with the camera cube full i can fit a few days clothes in there/toiletries without having to extend the roll top. Plus laptop, tablet and whatever you can hang off the bags numerous exterior tabs. Oh and that quick side access is so cool, even if youre not taking a camera i can imagine using it all the time. Photography Bundle - waist straps are comfortable, gear straps very secure, medium camera cube is just slightly too small to fit 2 large lenses, 1 medium, body and dji mini 2 kit. But that is a lot of gear... Wrist Strap - surprisingly secure and comfortable! I feel totally comfortable and safe hanging my camera from my wrist while i use my hands. Shoe bag- quality and good size, i just wish it had tabs so i could hang it from the PRVKE. Medium Travel Cube - perfect size for the PRVKE to organise your undies and socks. Overall an extremely positive experience. Its been almost two months of regular use so far and i love all my WANDRD gear. Its quality. Lets see how it holds up with time!

The bags are amazing, but I would not recommend buying them from their own website. Their delivery experience to the UK has become nothing short of disastrous. No updates at first and when you do get an update you are told the wrong company is going to deliver your item so your tracking number comes up as invalid (told DPD but in reality it is Fedex) When you contact them they give you the Brexit excuse, but I have not had issues like this with any other company I have used since Brexit. Oh and by the way I still haven't had my bag delivered 5 days after it was due to be.

Bought a Prvke backpack. Their product is amazing and I absolutely loved it. My wife bought one for her as well. Their big problem is the costumer service, as much as they reply nicely I’ve been waiting for a reply for weeks. Have sent another 5 emails and nothing. They just reply something when I make a comment on their Instagram page. The backpack came with a fabrication problem that I accept it as I didn’t wanted to send it back and get another one… and understand that the problem wouldn’t interfere on the backpack features, and even with that I can’t get a proper costumer service. Last excuse was the Black Friday, now might be the Christmas lol I just hope that after put some reviews online they reply. Was for a long time wanting to buy a Wandrd but now I’m kind of regretting.

Howdy, this review is about 3 weeks overdue BUT in saying that, it's given me time to give the PRVKE a good run! But lets wind back a bit... when i first ordered the bag i was under the impression i was going to receive the rainfly, I didn't. I messaged customer support (Kyle) who helped me out with my concern, it ended in me being wrong in thinking i should have received the rainfly as it stopped being inclusive after the first Original PRVKE. My bad, I was totally fine with accepting that i clearly had no idea what i was talking about at this point, but Kyle being the absolute top bloke that he is, at his absolute own free will created an order for me with a rainfly free of charge that got sent out to me in record time. I really appreciate this man, just for being a really genuine person. I understand customer service is customer service but be more like Kyle, Kyle is good. By the way, bag is great, everything you think you are going to get with this bag you do, it is worth every cent you pay because the investment is forever worthwhile, youll never go to another brand after WANDRD. thats all from me though, thanks again Kyle - hope you see this mate, keep working on that aussie accent ;)
