WALTHER ARMS EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS AND MORE. THEY REBUILT MY PISTOL AND STOOD BY THEIR COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE. I CAN SEE NO REASON TO BUY ANOTHER NAME WHEN WALTHER STANDS BY THEIR WARRANTY IN THIS MANNER. THANK YOU WALTHER, MIKE NIELSEN

I bought a Walther P 22Q pistol. It was brand new out of the box and took it out over the holidays to a range and shot it. It jammed at least two times out of each 10 round magazine. Very disappointed as you can imagine. Called the helpdesk and the best they could do was recommended me use a different brand of ammo. I was using Winchester 22 long rifle. I would recommend not buying a Walther firearm.

Everything!! Absolutely Everything!! Walther makes an exquisite firearm and their customer support is by far one that goes above and beyond! I would suggest Anything and Everything they make to anyone and everyone! I am so very happy with my 9mm full size PDP, as well as every aspect of it from the creation to the options and all that goes into it.

Walther has horrible customer service. I attempted to get the optic plate for my pdp by submitting one of their forms. I got an email back immediately saying that it has been processed and that I will receive it within 14-21 business days. After a month has passed, I decided to call in to check if it had been sent. When I call the number provided in my email all I got was an automated message saying that I could have Walther call me back when an operator was available. Thats exactly what I did yet I got no call back. I did this 4 times, it wasn't until the fifth time that I actually got a real person. I asked him if I could get an ETA on my package because it has been over a month. All he could tell me was that it had just recently been shipped out and will arrive shortly. The guy also sounded like he didn't care at all, I felt as if I were bothering him, very unprofessional. Walther has great firearms that have always been very reliable, but their customer service is awful, and I won't be purchasing another firearm from them again until this problem is fixed.
