The "traction socks" did not stay on my dog They quickly came off. They were ineffective. He needed them so he could walk on hardwood floors and decking, but the socks were totally useless because they did not stay on. They resulted in my dog being injured because they came off. This was inexcusable.

Very quick service, product is as described, very helpful information regarding sizing etc

Autumn, your customer service representative. She was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable! She is an asset to your company.

Excellent experience! The customer support is awesome! My corgi loved talking with them on FaceTime to express her gratitude for her new “speedster”.

The product (walkin’ pets rear lift harness) works very well, and my dog is able to get around with help, despite having torn both hind ccls. The fit is a little off, however, I used the meaning guide, and it seems a little large, and is adjusted as small as it will go. But it works, and his legs fit it well. I think a smaller size would be too tight on his legs.

We have used their products for two our dogs. The customer service is incredible, as is their products. They are truly a blessing. Danielle is awesome!

My dogs ability to use his Walkin Wheels diminished when he got Vestibular and a head tilt. After he got stronger a month into the onset I decided he could probably use the additional front wheels to help rehabilitate him. Although I help him quite a bit with steering and pulling him along, he seems to enjoy it and is getting stronger. He continues to do his part and does what he can to walk using his chair and on flat surfaces he can propel himself. Initially I got the two wheeled chair to help with is hip dysplasia, but with the additional front two wheels he is learning how to walk straight again with the vestibular and head tilt. Customer service had patience with me during the ordering process and I was lucky enough to purchase the used version, which helped save significantly. The shipping was pricey because I’m in Hawaii, but less than any other quotes I could find and the wheels showed up in a few days after ordering. I was pleasantly surprised. The used or reconditioned wheels I purchased are like new and I challenge anyone to tell me they looked used or lack functionality.

There was a delay in sending and in shipping the product. Even brand-new I would have to pay for return postage and a restocking fee. Total BS. Will not order from this company again and advise you to work with a company who cares about helping the customers.
