I was happy for the opportunity to receive the wheelchair for my pitbull juggles. The idea was great, tho I may have to long to find her a wheelchair, I had thought maybe her legs would get better alone. She was recently able to walk but she fell often. I thought she was worried about the abrasions from falling. But as she heals, she has stopped walking. She's getting pudgy, so she kinda of does this dipping bend when on the wheelchair. I can't afford the front wheels just yet. I'd like to help her. But it's possible that it may not work, trying to video tape, is sad, she needs to much support. But still I will try to send a short thank you video

My dog has degenerative myelopathy… diagnostic and physical therapy costs can really add up! I was very appreciative that they offer “certified pre-owned” wheelchairs at a significant discount! I was also impressed in their quick response time. I ordered the wheelchair at 9pm and by the time I checked my emails the next morning, it already had a shipping tracking number! Upon receiving, I was surprised to see that the wheelchair looked brand new. The only give away that it was used, was that some of the packaging had been opened. My veterinarian/physical therapist had recommended this brand, so I was confident in the quality, however I was still impressed by the thought and engineering that was put into the design. When ordering, I followed the simple instructions for sizing and it fits perfectly. It was easy to put together and adjust to my dog’s body. My dog took right off after putting it on her for the first time! It has brought the sparkle back to her eyes after becoming a little depressed with her own lack of mobility. It was definitely money well spent!

It was a little big so we had tonget new legs for ours, I feel they should of been exchanged and we shouldn't of had to pay for the new ones. Our dog a St. Bernard has a hard time walking in it, we called and ask for advice but didn't get to much help.

I originally ordered a wheel chair for my lab Sheba who has an unrepairable hock injury. Sheba's wheel chair came within a week and fitted her perfectly but it limited her us in the house I contacted Walkin Pets and was able to purchase a leg brace for her and now Sheba is back at playing and running around both in the house and outside! The customer service is absolutely amazing!!! Sheba's life was looking very gloomy for a few months till I found Walkin Pets, I highly recommend Walkin Pets to any family with a pet with a leg injury!
