The first rear leg splint I bought was too small, probably an error in measuring on my part. The replacement came right away. The splints were easy to use and very well made. I'm not going to bother trying to return the first one because the velcro is full of my dog's long white hair. Four stars instead of five because the second splint came with no instructions and the package was damaged. Fortunately I still had the booklet, etc. from the first splint. Overall I think this company makes a fine product.

Fantastic customer service! Would recommend this company to anyone.

My 13 year old German Shepard took to it right away she’s losing feeling in hind legs one just drags this keeps her stable so she can walk around and smell grass she’s able to relieve herself was a little pricey but at least it worked

We received the wrong color walking wheels. It was resolved in a 3to 4 days, but with no apology or offer of compensation for our time and inconvenience at this emotional time in our lives.

Very sturdy highest quality. The veterinary neuro surgeon said she was very impressed with this wheelchair. My golden learned quickly and customer support was excellent when I was fitting her for chair.

This organization goes over and above to make sure your needs are met. If something does not appear right on your order they will contact you so that they ensure that you get the right equipment. Two big thumbs up

Your product was extremely expensive (I ordered a brace due to my dog's hip ) I figured if it worked it was worth it. Product was extremely difficult to put on my dog and did not fit right even though it should have according to your information. I then cleaned all the hair off of it with repeated use of a lint hair roller. You did not refund me all my money. I felt like I was at your mercy even though I know I sent it back clean and unused as I was never able to get it all the way on my dog. I would never order from you again or recommend you to anyone.

The wheel assist cart has enabled us to keep our dog after a spinal cord injury. It fit well and has allowed him to remain mobil
