I do not know if this is in regards to the phone call to customer service or the physical order I made. So here is a review for both. Call to customer service: 5 stars: polite, knowledgable and used my name and thanked me. Product: I’m conflicted. It’s difficult to strap on and takes two people. I continue to try but there has to be an easier way to lock in the leg over velcro straps.

Bought the Walkin rear splint and Hock Hugger wrap for our 120lb Bull Mastiff. She suffered a broken bone in her rear leg due to bone cancer. Since she is otherwise very alert and active, we wanted a daytime splint to give her the needed support to be mobile and nighttime wrap to prevent issues while sleeping. Unfortunately the splint didn’t work out as well as we had hoped. She had difficulty walking, the hard shell wasn’t too easy to maneuver with. I wouldn’t recommend this for a female dog, probably be okay for a male dog. So we just went with the Hugger wrap, day and night. She’s now walking around with barely a limp. We know we’ll lose her soon, but these products have allowed her the mobility to enjoy the next few months.

I had a small question about a part on my Corgi's Walking' Wheels. I could not get through on the phone but sent and email with my question and it was answered immediately! I was able to order the. part and it arrived in a couple of days. Problem solved! The folks at HandicappedPets are there to help!

The products and service are excellent; high quality materials and great design. Unfortunately, my dog flatly refuses to walk in his wheelchair. Just stands and looks at me. Oh well!
