These walkin-wheels are of great quality and very thought out and engineered. You can adjust it every way possible to make it fit. These have been a life saver for our little Pug who is weak in his back legs due to his arthritis in his back. He loves them and walks with his tail high in the air wagging, happily. He feels the freedom of going for walks again. And is getting around easier. The Customer Service is awesome as well. They want to help you get it fit perfectly if needed. Easy to contact and very friendly to work with.

Our dog absolutely loves his wheelies! Unfortunately the one we ordered was a little too big so we have another order in for smaller struts and a better harness so we can walk him in them. Def recommend!

This chair is a total game changer for our dog Murphy. His rear legs are paralyzed and now with this chair he can go on long walks again. Colleen was great helping me with the sizing and getting the chair delivered fast. It's pretty easy to get him in and out of too which I was concerned with at first. I can't recommend this more!

The Walkin' Wheels has been a wonderful success for Urey, our german shepherd with DM. He has happy eyes when he's wheeling around! Our only recommendation for an upgrade is to redesign the stirrups so that the leg doesn't slip off the tubes, which happens quickly whenever he starts to walk. We have compensated by wrapping that section of his leg with a washcloth with Velcro to prevent the cords from cutting into his leg.

I am well pleased by your good customer service. The product did not fit properly on my dog and they handled my refund properly and quick.

Very helpful,much needed for my Labs mobility.At first Jake didn't like it but after a few times he stood still while I put his legs in. It really helps my grip also. I am very satisfied by with this product.

Thank you so much for helping handicapped pets. We just received our wheels today, have put them together & I put my boy in & he immediately just took off like he has had them for years. For my Manny it's about quality of life. There is no surgery to help him. Thank you so much for his wheels rhat help him move around better.

The item i received did not match the item pictured. Instead of a single piece across the back, it was a two part affair that velcros in the middle. Fitting it was difficult and the two parts "tore" apart when my dog squated on his haunches. You cannot use the cross-back portion to help lift your dog for the same reason, the velcro will pull apart unless you hold the thing together just right. The center strap that goes to the harness is on one piece so if you don't line the two parts up exactly then the strap is off center going up the spine to the harness. The item is well made otherwise but the two part design makes it totally unusable for my dog. Very disappointed
