We placed the order and it was delivered quickly. The instructions were clear. Peanutt loves having her mobility back. The first time she was placed in it, she took off on a walk. Thank you!

Our beloved dog Chase became paralyzed in his rear legs all of a sudden, and we wanted him to regain some strength and normalcy, so we started him in canine physical therapy, where they recommended a wheelchair for his hind legs. We researched and found Walkin Pets on Amazon and completed the order and it was shipped in time. We have wonderful neighbors who assisted us in assembling the chair; unfortunately Chase died the next day, NEVER having even been fitted in the chair. This company tried to tell us that many parts of the chair were damaged during assembly, and even went so far as to send photos of damaged parts - can’t confirm they were from our order - bad enough we had to pay $100 out of pocket to ship it back, and then they wanted to charge us a $125 restocking fee. RIDICULOUS. Had to get Amazon involved to assist with full refund. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, which is unfortunate because my husband works in animal care with many animal physical therapists and veterinarians and will caution them against recommending this product.

Our 90lb goldendoodle started limping & X-rays showed a potential tumor in his wrist. The vet wrapped him up pretty well but we had to wrap the bandaging up to keep it dry and clean every time he went out and it fell apart anyway after a week. Thank goodness we found this splint online. Our vet was amazed. He’s been doing great and the splint is showing some wear so we’ll get another one. Don’t expect it to last more than a few weeks without some external damage if your dog likes to pound pavement.

Thanks for the review, Shannon. It is exciting that your goldendoodle is now able to be out and about enjoying life. We have been informed of many such success stories with the splint. We look forward to working together in the future.
