Came in a timely manner. The traction that the socks provide has definitely helped my 15 year old BC. The socks run big and although I measured as instructed…I wish that I had bought a size smaller.

Buddy loves his wheelchair and being able to go for walks again. The wheelchair came very quickly after we ordered it and it was easy to assemble.

I appreciated the prompt mailing of the items ordered for our dog with IVDD. It’s very difficult to have to deal with the challenges our dog is coping with,so we know this company quickly ships items we need.

We were told upon purchase if we were not happy with a product it could be returned within 30 days and we would receive a full refund. Today I rec'd an email with a partial refund which is absolutely unacceptable. The product was not damaged. We fit it one time, sterilized it and returned it as it was shipped. Im a professional in the dog world and disgusted with both front and back wheels. Neither was pressure point friendly for our dog and the engineering couldnt have been designed by someone who had that in mind. The product should also state it doesnt work well at all if there are slight inclines on the property. The product should also state that in some cases these wheels do not work as in the case of our dog. We bought the front after the back wheels gave no support and looked terribly uncomfortable at his abdomen.

This is VERY difficult to get on my dog. After fighting to get it on him for about 1/2 hour, he wears it and seems comfortable. I do not have that much time to put it on him every day so we can't use it as often as we would like. I cannot tell if it is effective.

The walker is very well made and moves very smoothly. We purchased the mini walker with the front end attachment because our little girl has lost the use of all four limbs due to a brain tumor. I made a chin and torso strap that Velcro over the side bars which has made the device much more comfortable for her. The chin strap allows her to keep her head up and eat from her walker. We are pleased. Offering more accessories may be a big help to others who do not have the capabilities to make things such as this.

The how-to video was detailed and helpful for adjusting to my dog. Rocky has done very well with it on as I've practiced introducing him to it slowly indoors. When he has it on he knows he can go and move faster and he lights up. Thanks for helping my dog have more quality now with his life :)

The customer service is super! I spent 30 minutes or more discussing my needs with Tsehaye, who was friendly and knowledgeable; today I called and talked to Olivia to check on a backordered item, and she was also lovely.
