I will NEVER return to Walgreens. Today I had an appointment for a COVID 19 booster. I made my appointment for 10:45A at the Walgreens on the corner of Linden and Corunna Roads in Flint MI. I waited in line for 20 minutes, being COMPLETELY IGNORED. When I was finally acknowledged, I was told to have a seat and I would have paperwork to fill out, which I had already filled out online. The person that waited on me LEFT and never gave me the paperwork. Finally after another 20 minutes a different person gave me the paperwork. I filled it out immediately. Then I waited ANOTHER 15 minutes to get my booster after watching the person giving the boosters watch me sit there as she answered the phone, talked to the pharmacist and who knows what else. WHY DID I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT??? WHY??? IF YOU DON'T HAVE STAFF TO GIVE INJECTIONS, THEN DON'T OFFER THEM. Your service is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS.

As others have said, the website has no idea what vaccines are in stock when you schedule a vaccination. Call before you go.

Could I give zero stars? or negative stars? My husband and I made appointments for the new Covid vaccine, got our appts confirmed, filled out a bunch of form online, drove up there in rush hour traffic (30 minutes plus tolls), checked in for our appointments, sat around for an hour among many, potentially sick, people (that's who goes pharmacies), then were called up to fill out more paper forms duplicating all the stuff we had already submitted online, all while they were holding our ID's and vaccination records ---- then, when we were about to be called (we hoped), the pharmacist comes out and says, "sorry guys, I have some bad news for you, but we ran out of the vaccine". WHAT??? W-F? Aren't pharmacists suposed to have a license to practice??? This is malpractice !!

Walgreens pharmacy is unable to complete phone orders in the time they say. Call it in and it's never ready at the given time.

This Walgreens will not answer there phones. When they do they ask if you can hold than the phone will ring 5 or 6 times and they put you on hold over and over again. They don't give all your prescription on the same day. You go pick up 1 prescription than in 2 or 3 days they call again about another one. A few days later again they call for another one. Why they can't give you all your prescription at the same day I don't know. They really suck.

My review is for the Pharmacy at the Walgreens in GUTHRIE, OK. The Pharmacist Fahad is just the best. He is OTT the best at his job. He has a photographic memory..he will never forget your name. That’s not important in doing his job as well as he does..but it’s still nice. He will go out of his way to get the best price for customers and that means a lot these days. Walgreens is a very busy pharmacy and he doesn’t have to do this! Yet he does!! All the techs that they have there follow suite. They are conscious and it really helps because they are busy and so are we and we plainly don’t know the medications like they do. But they are kind and courteous but most of all patient!! Thank you for such a special experience at this pharmacy but I must give special recognition to Fahad and Barbara. Thank you for giving me this opportunity. Agnes Lide. .
