ZERO STARS-WORST PHARMACY IN HISTORY! Go to a Smaller Pharmacy! Because for "Two Months" Walgreen's Played around with my Diabetes Medication! My Medication Refill date was on May-3rd of 2024. But they kept Changing the date and Canceling My RX online, And I went in person and they said it was Out of Stock and won't be ready till June of 2024! But-then there very Own Walgreen's Pharmacist came over to Speak to me and told me to go to a Smaller Pharmacy. And I Did-(Thank God) Because I got an Email From Walgreen's-Asking me for $251.59 and saying it would be filled on May/16th and that it wasn't covered by Medicare! THAT'S A LIE! Because on the Same day (5/6/2024) I got my Medication Refilled at a different pharmacy! Five days after the Refill date! Thanks Heaven for Mom & Pop Pharmacies!

Walgreens Millsboro Delaware, refused to fill Rx written by my husband's dentist for an antibiotic. The pharmacy is disagreeing with the dentist. The dentist prescribed the antibiotic that was covered by Medicare, Walgreens is insisting on dispensing the drug that isn't covered by Medicare. The difference in the drugs? There really isn't any, except one of them is 200.00 and the other is at no charge. We are done with Walgreens.

I was at the pharmacy picking up my prescription at Cumberland and Lawerance. Louis was so wonderful in helping me out. He has great customer service skills and cares about his customers and his job. He’s always been there to make an appointment or help me out in anyway that is possible, Niki in the front desk is also wonderful customer service skills very friendly and very caring. Thank you Walgreens for having such professional people working for you.

Used to be a decent company, then turned into a joke. The pharmacies are all understaffed and the people hate working there because it's like working at a fast food version of a pharmacy. The company attempts to make up for this by pushing customers to smartphone apps and the website. That would be great if these things actually worked on a consistent basis, but they don't. Outages are frequent and the overall user experience and customer experience both suck. This is what happens when penny pinchers gain control of a company. I will be moving all of my prescriptions to an online pharmacy and/or a local independent operation. Both can provide better service and it's not a constant battle to get my prescriptions.

twice now i get 7.00 added to rewards points and when attempted to use the clerk failed to add the coupon to my account. Took receipt to tell them how they are doing and the survey had no place to rate Walgreen service.

I went into my Walgreens and my prescription was much higher in price. I ask this very sweet girl if she could try another coupon I had to offer. This girl took the time to check and had told me she would look, while I was wondering how to cover this cost she put it in and coupon work for a better a price. I was so grateful for her kind efforts to help check it out I than ask her name. Roshia was her name and I thanked her for being so kind and wanted to get her name to say Thank you for your extra time and smile of kindness and caring. I would recommend Walgreens on San Carlos Blvd. In Ft. Myers. Great friendly pharmacy. Thanks again, Debbie Munn

This is the worst place to get meds filled I the one in whiteville NC 28472 I have been waiting on my meds for over a week and they had it filled and they said I couldn't not get it because I had gotten pain meds filled well am not a big fan of pain meds I still have the ones they filled so now y'all can have it and shove them up your ass because I will be going back to CVS matter of fact they ready now

I had a great experience at my Walgreens on Chandler Blvd and Rural. I want to say that the help I received from Doreen was very appreciative. I’m an older lady that doesn’t handle all this new technology. She took several minutes to help me use a gift certificate at her registry. She was very nice and helpful. I hope to get her services next time I’m there. Thank you again Doreen.
