WalgreensReviews of walgreens.com

I wrote a negative review a few months ago. Today, I revisited the nearby Walgreens out of desperation due to a cold snap. I was pleasantly surprised by the male cashier named Robinson. He is at the 4445 Calumet Ave. location, Hammond, IN. Great job Robinson! His demeanor was very kind and pleasant. Unlike the female cashiers I encountered there.

They have all these products on sale. Cashier says they are for online orders? So if I go into the store it's a middle finger but if I am lazy I get discounts! Got it! This is a terrible way to treat in person customers.

Online photo order was delivered to the store (confirmed via FedX) but the store never confirmed delivery due to complete disorganization and non-functioning computers. I helped staff find my package based on the box measurements provided by FedX. Nowhere on the label was my name, just "store manager" hence some confusion finding it. Image quality (on mugs) was too dark and the text was illegible. Would not recommend until they make some improvements.

There is a lack of responsibility with our pharmacies. My doctor called in my medicine on a Thursday and my medicine was set to be filled by the pharmacist for the following Monday. so why is our medicine called into the pharmacist? to my understanding from the home office, they fill it to their discretion so it makes it okay not to fill that medicine for five days? that's not taking care of anyone's health by any means and if it's done to me I'm sure there's millions out there it's happening to them too Why cant we put the pharmacist in jail for not filling the prescription on time? they do it to parents Especially when they lose the prescription

I sure miss Winn Dixie pharmacy you could call the pharmacist by their first name and they were always so friendly and extra helpful. With Walgreens you don't get the same treatment you have different people everytime you go there. We needed two prescription filled at Cottagehill and Knollwood and the lady said they were out of the blood pressure one and wouldn't have it until Tuesday that's when the bad weather is coming We asked if the 24 hour Walgreens might have it and the lady said I don't know you would have to call them. We called them and was told we had already picked up the blood pressure medicine at Cottage Hill location we checked the bag and they were right the lady had the blood pressure one and not the other one we were given the wrong information and it was 6pm and as soon as we pulled off to go the 24 hour store the lady turned her lights off and the sign said they were opened Saturday until 8pm the two cars behind us just pulled on through. Sure do miss Winn Dixie pharmacy.

I like going to the store, the staff are super friendly, they always help me, they are kind, they have the knowledge of the store, prepared to do their job with the greatest attention that we deserve as customers, BUT, THE ONLINE COSTUMER SERVICES DOES NOT WORK, SIX CALLS AND NO ONE COULD HELP ME WITH A SIMPLE EMAIL, THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS, I DON'T KNOW IN WHAT COUNTRY THEY HAVE COSTUMER SERVICES, BUT IT'S TOO BAD.

My doctor sent in a prescription Monday, January 6, 2025 to the Walgreens pharmacy in Chaska, MN. I do not have a car and was unable to get to the store until Sunday, January 12. We waited in the drive through line for an hour and five minutes. The truck in front of us was at the window for 29 minutes. When it was finally my turn I was told it wasn't filled yet and would be ready in 40 minutes. I returned home and waited for it to be ready. The next afternoon it was still not ready. I called and sat on hold for 16 minutes to talk to someone. I was then told that the medicine was not in stock, it was past cutoff time for ordering that day (so they still hadn't attempted to fill/order it!) and so it would not be available until Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon I checked and it was finally ready. It was available for delivery, which I decided to do since I don't have transportation. My choices were 2-3 business days delivery for $1.99 or same day delivery for either $4.99 or $5.99 (I can't remember), as long as ordered before 3:00 p.m. It was just past 2:00 and I'd already waited a week and a half so chose same day delivery. Now it's the next day, 12:02 p.m. and it is still showing to be at the pharmacy. I am currently on hold (17 minutes so far) to see what's going on. Omgosh. The phone just went from hold music to ringing and then they disconnected! Do not use this pharmacy!

I recently picked up my prescription and am so happy to be at Walgreens. I've been getting my prescriptions at two local pharmacies for years. I thought I would get lost in the shuffle at a larger pharmacy, but I'm not. I get texts and updates, which I never got before, which is helpful. A pharmacist by the name of David helped me and he was great. This is the 3rd prescription I've picked up, and everyone is professional. and nice. I made the change because my last pharmacy could not supply me with it. I'm very happy I've changed.
