The first time I went there, they didn’t have a prescription ready. Two days later, today I called to make sure that it was ready for pick up. The recording said it was and they were open until eight. I got there at 4:15 and the drugstore part was closed. What the hell is going on. My friend has gone up there three times now to get her prescriptions filled, and they were closed. I’m ready to go to forward pharmacy after this.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Walgreens Pharmacy. We have always received the same quantity and price for our medication, but this time, instead of our usual amount, the pharmacist only provided a partial fill while charging us the full price as if we received three units. What’s even more frustrating is that the pharmacist didn’t even attempt to call our doctor to resolve the issue. This lack of initiative is unacceptable and speaks volumes about their customer service. Additionally, this pharmacy is consistently backed up, and the staff often comes off as rude. They frequently change their policies without any notice, expecting customers to just know. I will be switching pharmacies immediately and strongly encourage others to do the same. Save yourself the hassle and frustration!

Walgreens pharmacy on Washington St. in Weymouth,MA is HORRIBLE as of late! They hardly ever have the scripts in stock for refills! 😖 If they do, they only give you about 10 pills at most! That is utterly unacceptable! 😡 I take 7 scripts, and they've either been late, not in stock, or have only a few pills to give you! I am a type 2 diabetic, have kidney disease, and other afflictions for which I must take medicine for everyday. Walgreens has NOT fulfilled my scripts in full since November! 😡 I'm so done with them! I've since started using Express Scripts, and they've come through with flying colors 💯 Do yourselves a huge favor, and stay away from Walgreens! THEY ARE AWFUL, and just don't seem to care whatsoever about their pharmacy customers! 😡

What a disgrace. Dropped my prescription off at 1pm, told to come back at 5pm…… Not only were they not ready but they did not have one of the items. A waste of 4 hours. Do not recommend

They need to train people on how to help with the Medicare rewards and not have someone at register that doesn't know or care about other people and tell them I don't have a clue on how to do this

Really Really wish i can give 0 stars. Walgreens Elkton, MD is horrible. every and i do mean every prescription my doctor send over they never have. I been waiting on my lancets to check my blood sugar everyday, For a whole month now , they still don’t have them in. He sent over my blood pressure medicine they said they gonna give me a partial and the rest be in Monday smh , out of 30 pills they gave me 4 , 4 freaking pills smdh this pharmacy really needs to close or whoever running it needs to be replaced

Walgreens has been engaging in systematic fraud for far too long and getting clean away with it. For the fifth or sixth time over the course of the better part of a year, Walgreens has charged me for orders it never processed -- the company calls this a "known issue", but since it keeps the money until I make repeated efforts to obtain a refund, I call it fraud. It's also fraud to advertise buy-one-get-one-free and buy-one-get-one-50%-off on items it consistently stocks only one of; over and over again I have verified that Walgreens cannot fulfill most such offers for items I might want to buy because only a single item is stocked -- I'm certain that this is deliberate. Why Walgreens imagines that making these fraudulent offers is good for business, I can only speculate -- that it is making fraudulent offers with the intent of deceiving customers, I am certain. The company is languishing, especially sales outside its pharmacies, and it's easy for consumers to understand why -- it cannot be trusted.

Store #7075 Walgreens Pharmacy at 1210 SMITHVILLE HWY Mc Minnville, TN 37110 This Walgreens doesn't carry regular customers medication anymore. They have to order it EVERY MONTH if you call it in on a Thursday good luck getting it before Monday. They do not care that you are a regular customer or that alot of medicine should not be stopped abruptly. The service is also really bad.
