Walgreens is no longer a pleasant pleasant place to drive thru and pick up your presecriptions because now they're doing covid testing at the drive thru window causing unacceptably long delays while you wait in line. I have moved my prescriptions to a different pharmacy for this reason. They've lost my prescription business, and I have no other reason to shop there. Very very bad service. They wasted my time so they could cash in on the Covid money.

Made an appointment for my Covid-19 Booster. Arrived @ Walgreen 10 minutes before my appointment. Pharmacy tech would not wait on me Until my appointment time. Once I check in I was then informed the vaccine was frozen & I had to wait another 15 minutes before I could receive my shot. Bad customer service, not accommodating to customers! DO NOT go to Walgreens on 9 mile & Evergreen....the only good part is the store was open👎😡

To do one appointment is so difficult .The CVS website is so easy and fast.

The WORST. I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for an appointment that I had made to receive a Covid booster. My husband went to Rite Aide and spent 10 minutes total for the same. Awful. Terrible. Total disorganization, customer service fail, time management fail. Why did I make an appointment when they waited on all coming in for prescriptions before me??????? NEVER will I step inside a Walgreens again. AVOID this chain as they fail miserably.

Horrible service from pharmacy. I made an appointment online for covid vaccine. When I got there I was told an appointment didn't matter and to get in line behind the 25 people waiting for percriptions. No professionalism and when we were finally seen they made us feel like " how dare we burden them by getting the vaccine there...if you can go somewhere else save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Walgreens covid testing is a joke. The website, the store and what the computer on the phone tells you about the types of tests and turnaround times for results all conflict. You can't talk to a human being at Walgreens either a store or corporate, I finally got the computer to give me the number to the testing lab and talked to someone there who told me to talk to Walgreens. It has been almost 72hrs as I right this and still don't have the results from a test that should have results back in an hour at most. It's disgraceful!

Wallgreens. Horrible service. Never fills on time. My doctor called in a prescription and the pharmacy said they never received it. I was supposed to take it that day. My doctor called Wallgreens again and after waiting 45 minutes on the phone, they hung up on him. TWICE. Always at least a 45 mi use wait inside or out. They screwed up my prescriptions on more than one occasion. Time for a change!

I hate Walgreens. When Monday comes I'm using a different pharmacy. These people cannot keep their prescriptions straight they give you prescriptions that belong to somebody else! And don't have any reason is any reason they can't even tell me and they make up reasons why the prescription's not ready oh it's not for me they did hear bullcrap, is, so be aware When using this pharmacy because it is a huge joke
