I scheduled a 12:30 appointment for my Covid booster so I could go on my lunch break. I ate lunch and showed up for the appointment. I had to leave at 12:50 because they still weren't ready to give me the booster and I had to go back to work. I am going to CVS instead.

Oh my gosh here's another battery review for Walgreens I called try to get my Dexcom refilled they told me it would be a week I called to get my insulin refill they told me their fridge was broken it could be a week or two what is going on with this company that I'm told to take my prescription somewhere else so you really want me to take my business somewhere else because I can guarantee there's a better Pharmacy in Wasilla Alaska than this one

The Walgreens website walgreens.com usually would get 2 or 3 stars from me, but today it is completely worthless for ordering a prescription. This morning I need to refill a prescription; I went to the site and was immediately redirected to COVID vaccination scheduling, and the site did not respond to the back arrow either, so there was no way for me to get to prescription ordering. I closed the tab and started over with a fresh tab; this time I was able to scroll down past vaccinations and then past retail offers and finally find one small-print link to refill prescriptions. I don't go to a drugstore to get retail stuff; whether there online or in person, I'm there to get a prescription - and it seems this part of their business is extremely unimportant based on where it is and its size on the Walgreens homepage! So I clicked on the link, and was redirected to another page where their loading symbol has been going for about half an hour. Yes, I reloaded the page; that made no difference. So this morning the Walgreens site, which often has problems, is completely useless for refilling my prescription.

Ripped of for $10.00. Why? Shopping at Walgreens 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday night ( 7:30 is not late at night ) The prices marked on the shelves were not the prices that rang up on the register. I didn’t realize till Sunday morning. I go back to the store and manager says “There is nothing she could do”. Isn’t it against the law to show one price and customer pays a higher price. If the price changes on the shelf it should immediately change at the register. I am writing to the A.G of Florida next. How many others have been ripped off. That can add up to a lot of money Walgreens!! And a lot of pissed off customers. Just plain wrong and B.S. from the manager.

I wouldn't recommend and here's why: My children were scheduled for their first Covid vaccine midweek, at 3 PM on Fort Street in Wyandotte, Michigan. They would not administer the vaccine for free; it had to go through my children's private insurance first. I received the vaccine via the Health department and my booster at Meijers and neither asked for insurance. In addition, they only had one person capable of giving the vaccines AND that same person was the ONLY pharmacist on site. I was told that such an understaffed situation is considered current company policy. The pharmacist was doing his FULL pharmacist responsibilities AND administering a full load of 6-12 patients/ hour covid injections. As a result, it took over an hour past my children's scheduled appointment time for their injections to be completed. How do you think a 6yo with ADHD and a 8yo did waiting for that long?? In addition, all they had was a screen, no place for coats, no enclosed room. My 6yo kicked down the screen as I was the only one willing to help restrain him and then sprinted off straight out the automatic front doors. He screamed bloody murder and it scared the other six children still waiting because they saw and heard it all. I'm writing this because Wallgreens seems absolutely unprepared for administrating pediatric covid vaccines. They are horribly understaffed, could reduce waiting times by having a better system of monetary reimbursement, and an enclosed space since children aren't adults. If I were the pharmacist, I'd be finding a new job my current mission, 100%.

I just moved here and started using Walgreens. My first prescription they were out of. Second prescription i got a text that it was ready to pick up so I went and they told me they did not get prior authorization so my insurance will not pay until they speak to my doctor on Monday. Why don’t they check if the insurance is ok before texting that the prescription is ready to pick up?

Customer service is really rude and unhelpful. Also you cannot trust their pharmacy data. Their system had bad data in my account and they were not transparent about it. It took both calls (on hold a long time) and visits to get it corrected. So check your data with them!!!

I made an appointment for a flu shot and showed up at the right time. I could not get anyone to pay any more attention to me than one would to a cockroach. I walked out, and will never see the inside of a Walgreens Pharmacy again.
