I broke my foot on a Wednesday and went to the doctor and they called in a prescription for a pain Medicine. By the time I got out of the doctors office it was after 5pm. I went by my Walgreens in Little Rock, Ar and was to told they couldn’t fill my script until Friday because they were having a lot of prescriptions to fill, even though I told them I was in severe pain. And since it was a narcotic I couldn’t get it filled somewhere else because it couldn’t be transferred. So I sit here in great pain because they don’t care.

Walgreens hopes people get COVID
The Atascadero CA branch refuses to comply with covid rules, refuses to post a sign that masks are required. Filled with maskless shoppers coughing all over people and crowding around them. I guess their business model is encourage adults who are too childish to wear masks to shop, along with the addicts who hang out in the parking lot. No sign for over a week. Today manager lied and said it was just taken down. I told her “no, it hasn’t been up for over a week…why not post it now” but she doesn’t want a sign posted. Time to find another pharmacy.

I am writing this to alert any folks…
I am writing this to alert any folks who have appointments with Walgreens to receive a COVID vaccine to check with the store to confirm your appointment. My wife had an appointment yesterday, 11/30 at 8:20PM, at Walgreens in Medina for her Moderna booster shot. On 11/29 she received a Walgreens email confirming her appointment. After working a 13hr. shift at Macy’s in Strongsville,OH she rushed down to Medina,OH to get her booster. When she got there, she found a sign hung on the pharmacy that the pharmacy had closed at 6PM??!!! She never received any communication whatsoever that her appointment had been cancelled or rescheduled. With the environment we are all living through, I find this to be unconscionable behavior from Walgreens. The unfortunate part is when the appointment confirmation email was received, she withdrew her name from the Drug Mart and CVS’ waiting lists and will now have to start the scheduling over. We will be transferring our prescriptions from Walgreens to Discount Drug Mart due to this experience. I will never set foot in a Walgreens store again.

I have been a customer of the Walgreens…
I have been a customer of the Walgreens located on Wrightsboro Rd in Augusta, Georgia for four years. For the past three months, since the pharmacist named Jackie left they have become a complete nightmare. I have attempted two other locations and had no better service at either. I don't know what the problem is but they will not last long at the rate they are going and the service they are offering.

Their inventory on their website is always inaccurate.
They really need to reconstruct their entire website. As most customers are aware, you can save more money by doing online pickup orders, because Walgreens sometimes have promotional codes you can input at checkout online.
Promotional codes that for some reason you can't use at the store in person.
So many times, I'll place an order for Ensure Plus milk chocolate for pickup, and the website would even state that the store selected has the item in stock.
Then, upon waiting to get the confirmation that my order is ready for pick-up, I instead get an email stating that the item is not available.
This has been happening all the time for the past three months. It's very frustrating because not only is it time wasted.
Even though they obviously don't charge my credit card, I still always lose my promtion code. Walgreens, please make your website inventory more accurate. The site says they have an item, but they really don't!
Lastly, Walgreens is also where I get my supply of Ensure Plus chocolate.
Lately, here in Northern New Jersey (Belleville) , I notice that my local Walgreens, or any other Walgreens within a 10 mile radius rarely EVER has Ensure Plus in their inventory. What's going on?
I like to get my Ensure here because Walgreens tends to have them for the cheapest in comparison to other pharmacies and supermarkets.

Can't trust the pharmacy
I've been using this pharmacy for only about 6 months, and they've already made two mistakes with two different prescriptions. The first one I had filled said no refills on the bottle, when in fact there was one more refill ordered by my doctor. It took a lot of time and effort on my part to get this straightened out. They did nothing to help correct their own mistake. The second mistake was a prescription for 14 pills. When I got home and opened the bottle, there were only 9 pills. I called them, and the pharmacist did not even apologize, but excused this by saying that mistakes are made! Well, isn't that comforting! Do they make so many mistakes that they think this is a reasonable excuse? She even had a snippy attitude about it. I'm too sick to drive back there (12 miles) to get the other 5 pills, and frankly I think they should correct their mistake by delivering the 5 pills to me. (No, I don't have anyone to get them for me.) Maybe they'd be more careful if they were held accountable for their mistakes, not to mention that people should be able to trust their pharmacist/pharmacy to get their prescriptions right.
