Walgreens by us has gone from 24 hours to minimal hours. Dr prescribed Ivermectin & Doxy for COVID and they had pow wow and refused to fill the Ivermectin RX prescribed by MD. Then today, went there for simple ear meds and nobody at front checkouts with a line of 4 waiting??? Waited & waited for someone to come up and check us all out.

WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! not happy with their vaccine attempts. waited 1:15 with an appointment. they didn't have them mixed and ready till an hour after my appointment time. then they gave the 1st and 2nd shoots to people that walked in off the street, no appointment. kind of upset me. i said something about it, they really didn't seem to care. got my shoot left thinking, kind of helter skelter there. 1515 E Sunsise, FT LAUDERDALE, FL

Walgreens in general has become a bloated corporate cash cow that can't really do anything that follow trends and appease shareholders. In greater Chicago they've run out of adderall 4 times in the last few years, not one store but greater Chicago. Chasing the problem up the corporate tree it was revealed that the "one supplier" they get that med from was on backorder... HELLO, GET ANOTHER SUPPLIER!! I had problems at a former location but it didn't compare to how bad it is at 342 E Illinois. EVERY month, no exaggeration there is a problem. I get the automated call my script are ready to pick up and it's 1 or 2 missing. I've asked to take me off the automatic calls but still get them. There is a problem every month, one of them is out, or they lost the script or it's been 28 days I have to wait another 2 or something. I have NEVER been able to pick up all four prescriptions one time from this location in about 2 years. Luckily it's close but how can it be this messed up, the same people month after month. So frustrating, it's time to go back to CVS which was a bit too far away but now it's just as close as Walgreens. Goodbye Walgreens I'm breaking up and not coming back again...

I don't know what is going on with Walgreens but the customer service is HORRIBLE. I want to say to the people back at the pharmacy, if you don't want to work there, then leave. It's my lucky day if I get a thank you from anyone. A smile would be nice but they're not giving those out either. I have switched all my prescriptions over to Wal-Mart.

Called Walgreens and was directed to their COVID hotline for advice as to whether I should postpone my daughter's vaccine appointment due to her having a headache & nausea. They couldn't answer my question because they aren't authorized to give medical advice.... ok? COVID hotline? I wonder what they can do. If you're going to call something a "hotline", then be decent enough to make sure the people answering the phones have the information and authorization required to HELP PEOPLE. Otherwise, you're creating more problems than you're solving.

The Walgreens at 2323 NW Maynard Road in Cary, NC is a time-wasting vortex where time-specific appointments are really just possibilities and not actual appointments. The cashiers here are the b-team from the Star Wars Cantina.

I took an appointment online for COVID vaccine for my son for 7:30, I arrived 10 mins earlier than the appointment time, but Walgreens had set up this strange mechanism of a single big line for Pharmacy and Vaccine patients. This defeats the whole purpose of online appointment for vaccine. I had to stand for a good 1 hour for my appointment time, Walgreens should manage this better!
