Satan uses every angle! You are letting him use you in your horrible commercials! You don't care about children or God or you wouldn't be making these Christmas commercials. It's Jesus's birthday! So so sad. No more Walgreens for me.

Walgreens discriminates against disabled people, forcing me to pay $20 extra because, due a disability, I am not allowed to drive. I had to cycle to 10 yards from Walgreens, get a cab to take me through their drive-through, and then get out of the cab 10 yards later. This is very clearly a violation of federal law, but Walgreens just told me to 'go away' when I tried to walk through. I may try to sue them.

IF there’s a pharmacist on duty, you might get your meds in 45 min….they are absolutely terrible

I thought I would try their same day delivery service they offer as I did not want to go out due to my asthma being particularly bad today. I placed the order (three items) at 1359 hours (01:59 pm), with my delivery scheduled to arrive by 1500 hours (03:00 pm) - the store is about a mile from my house. Less than a half hour later, I received two texts saying, "Sorry - your delivery has been rescheduled for...". Both times they were only pushed back by 30 minutes. No big deal. Then, I received a text that said my order was on the way and that the delivery service they use will arrive soon. Cut to 40 minutes later and I received another message. This one said: "We're sorry, your delivery will be arriving later than expected. We're working on it now! Stay tuned for more updates." That was at 1531 house (03:31 pm). Here it is, 1851 hours (06:51 pm) and I have not heard anything at all. Out of curiosity, I went and checked my front door and there it was, my bag from Walgreens. I literally said out loud, "Are you kidding me?!". No one ever rang my doorbell and on the piece of paper attached to the bag it says, "Please call the customer to let them know you have arrived...". Yeah, ok. I have a Ring doorbell and every time someone walked by and set off a notification, I looked real quick to see if they might be coming this way. I guess I should have actually pulled up video for each one because the bag was dropped off at 1457 hours (02:47 pm) and has been sitting out there the whole time, obviously. Now my three OTC medicines are pretty cold and I am not happy. AT ALL. Why is it so hard for delivery drivers in general, regardless of who they work for, to ring the freaking doorbell or knock?

The Christmas Walgreens commercials are offensive. I will no longer be going to Walgreens.

Worts experience ever. I wanted 45 minutes after I received a text about my order being ready. I had to wait 43 minutes in the spot for my medicine to be ready. So it took them over 3 hours to get a couple pf bottles ready? And even worst, while waiting I got another text about it being ready. So ridiculous!

Go to Walgreens for exposure to COVID? We try to follow the COVID precautionary guidelines by avoiding crowds, maintaining our distance, wearing masks & in this case going for our COVID booster shots at Walgreens 15 S Indiana Ave, Englewood, FL Yesterday (12/16/21). We had had made an appointment for 10:20 but didn’t receive our shots until 12:30. That wasn’t the worst part though. There was no attempt at 6’ distancing, in the pharmacy section; no signs, floor markings, etc. and many angry customers some with masks & many with out. Finally two supervisors arrived (from Corporate) and got thing moving faster by trying to organize the lines & helping the regular staff fill orders etc. Unfortunately this involved telling people to get in different lines to expedite filling the orders but it also made them stand within 1ft. of each other. Again, with out masks on talking (complaining) with each other about the cluster f--- that they were being put thru! They had my wife & I sit & wait in the crowded waiting area with chairs that were up against each other next to others with no masks on. It turned out for us to be the worst abuse of the COVID precautionary guidelines that we have been exposed to since the beginning of this pandemic!

I can't believe the new commercial walgreens!!! How you are teaching our children to use cuss words !!! Your new Christmas commercial are discussing!!!! Me and my family are taking our business somewhere else!!!
