I had the worst experience with Walgreens at Farrell street in Burlington Vermont I am forced to get my medicine and every single time there is a problem. I thought constantly that is a matter of discrimination because there is no way that people could be so rude all the time. I went today to pick my medicine prescribed by my doctor on the 12/15. Zoe the pharmacist insisted that I picked it up the same day at 1:00 pm. They said they were going to check the camera. They never checked to see if there was on the bins. One of the workers insisted that he remembered helping me. I had that same day another doctors appointment. Impossible to be in two places. After asking them to please check they decided not to pursuit anymore. No long after they called me and they said they found my medication. One called back Zach answer me in the most rude way. What a horrible experience. One more time I leave that place with a headache. An at the top of it they are close Saturday and Sunday. I’ll share this with Facebook!

Store 4324 (15911 Pines Blvd) The pharmacy manager and staff have the worst customer service. The pharmacy manager is now triaging who gets certain medications, contrary to my medical condition/needs. He told me there are more serious patients that need my medication and refuses to dispense. This is ILLEGAL, UNETHICAL and against all Laws.

it's really strange everything that happens nowadays. Much stranger when, in the case of a company with more than a century of existence serving the public that requires medicines, things like the one that happened to me this week happen. On December 14, I placed the order (like every month) of my prescription to be delivered to my address. after 2 days without receiving notification of shipment I decided to go to the pharmacy to see what was happening. The girl who attended me told me that there was a problem with the order and that it had been sent to another Walgreens. That happened on Friday, December 17, 2021. She told me that my problem would be solved and that I would receive that same day a text when the prescription was ready for me to look for. I received a text from walgreens stating that there was an insurance problem. I decided to go directly to the pharmacy again. When I arrive a boy attends me and tells me to give him 1 hour to have my medicines ready. I told him that he would do something else and be back in 1 hour. When I did, the same boy told me that the facility where my order is found is closed today Sunday and that the only thing he can do for me is to sell me medicines until the problem is solved. I asked him to give me at least 3 pills while te issue is being resolved. My surprise comes when the boy tells me that I have to pay 15 dollars for 3 pills, when 90 pills cost me 6 dollars. I asked him to review his policy and invited him to reconsider the option since the problem was caused by them and not by me. His response was a bit more than useless and I asked him to speak to his manager. This guy brought me Mr Ian, who is his shift manager. The only thing this man did was enlarge the problem. I insisted that it was not because of the money but because the problem had not been caused by me but by Walgreens. His response was that neither he nor anyone on his team had caused the problem and that the only option he had was for me to pay $ 15 for 3 pills. I insisted that as a Walgreens customer I did not have to pay for a problem not caused by me and that after 3 visits and several hours lost, the least I expected was a treatment at such a rude level that a company like Walgreens shouldn't be allowed. These types of people should not be serving the public, much less working in companies that provide medical products and services. In my particular case, I already had 2 days without medicines and my specific treatment is a type of medicine that affects the central nervous system, triggering potential unwanted situations for me. At the end of the day, I don't want anything from Walgreens, but to express my discontent and discomfort due to the poor work of a single person who makes fun of belonging to a model company with more than 100 years of history. Walgreens, are you interested in having mediocre people in your company? .. that's the only question to answer. the rest has a solution for me. They are called Cvs and others.

I ordered Christmas photos online. Paid $80 for them. My order confirmation email said they would be delivered last week. They never came in the mail and I called the 1-800 number. Waited an HOUR and no one ever answered. Called again the next day. Waited another 45 minutes. No one answered. Went to the store in Lake Oswego and the MANAGER at the store said she couldn't help me with online orders and wouldn't refund my money. So I'm out $80 and no cards. DO NOT ORDER HOLIDAY CARDS THROUGH WALGREENS!!!!!!

Everyone at our local store is kind and wonderful. I have no complaints at all with the staff. It's the corporation with which I have a problem. Policies are created that tie the hands of local managers, so that they can't handle issues on a case by case basis. And the customer loses. I purchased several Christmas cards yesterday, along with 2 $100 gift cards. When I checked the bag this morning (in order to put the finishing touches on my gifts for the season), there was only one card. I hadn't checked yesterday and hadn't touched the bag at all, except to move it (fully intact and unopened) until today. I looked inside of all the greeting cards, and in all of the bags (there were 3) and one gift card was missing. For $100. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, he listened to my story, checked at the register for my missing card, but found nothing there. He said that corporate policy prevented him from doing anything else. Once the card leaves the store (it hadn't), it was on me. No other action. No other options. "Corporate policy." So here I am, the customer who is not right, who is the victim. And I'm out $100. ...For now. At least I paid with American Express, so they will dispute the charge for me. So maybe this story will have a happy ending. For me, at least. But what about customers who have fewer resources than I do? I'm angry at this huge institution that has nothing personal attached to it, where the address is absolutely NOT "happy and healthy," so we will be switching our account to a local pharmacy. At least we can do this tiny thing. Of course, it's nothing up against Goliath, but it's something.

Your CHRISTmas commercials are completely out of line! I’ve always loved shopping at Walgreens until watching the commercials his season and it was shameful. JESUS is the reason for the season..Walgreens just lost mine and my families business

Appalling! Forty minutes on hold, apparently is usual! I called with questions & was put on hold for 40 minutes. Nightmare phone tree! I had to drive in to Port Orchard, WA 98366 while on hold. When the pharmacy finally answered I was walking through its front doors. When I was at the pharmacy - in plain sight - the pharmacist, instead of facing me continues to speak to me on the phone! Pharmacist: '.......uh, ok ..... sorry .......' The store was empty, btw. The supervisor on duty was Zack Herkstrom.
