WORST PHARMACY, COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!! My prescription was sent to 2465 E Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA store, and I was informed today by the store that the pharmacy will be closed for the next 3 days because they only have one pharmacist and he was needed at another store so this pharmacy will be closed without any warning. Always understaffed, you can’t pickup your prescriptions until the next day because they are never ready the same day, they never answer the pharmacy number so you have to call the store and complain and ask to be transferred to the pharmacy.

I m an old lady and they ask me for ID Everytime I go to buy cigarettes . Really you should have more respect for old people. I'm not planning to go anymore to Walgreens

I will never ever ever use Walgreens shipping. They are so behind the times on how to track products/shipments. Please stick with Amazon, they definitely know how to let the customer track shipments! I was promised my purchased paper goods by Walgreens, but I still haven't received not one item. Of course, my credit card has already been charged. Walgreens has been "around" way too long to have this kind of tracking problem. Nothing in the app or elsewhere allows me to track the shipment myself. I'm sooo done with Walgreens shipping. On another note, I hope their lethargic reps eventually find employment that makes them happy.

I used to be a customer at the Walgreens on McPherson and Del Mar in Laredo, Texas. However, I took my business to CVS for the following reason. Today, I went to that location’s drive through. I needed to buy Zyrtec D which has to be bought on the counter. At the drive through, a girl informed me that I couldn’t buy the medication there. She told me that I had to go inside the store to buy the medication. Nothing else. I parked and went in the store. When I was only about five feet away the counter they start closing the pharmacy without making eyes contact with me nor acknowledging me. I overheard one girl telling the other this is the guy that I just told him to go inside. I understand different places has unreasonable policies. I understood that I could not buy the medication on the drive through. I understood that I had to go in the store. Most likely the same girl that said that she could not sell me the medication there was going to be the one selling it to me inside the store. Yet, as a curtesy couldn’t she told me that they were closing in a few minutes? They showed no respect for me. No explanation. Simply ignored as they don’t care. I called the store manager to let him know. He also showed no sympathy. Simply didn’t care.

I am no longer a customer with Walgreens. My neighbor told me about Medical Mall Pharmacy located at 9 Hospital Drive in Toms River and have been going there now for my prescriptions for nearly a year and been extremely satisfied. They offer free delivery and accept all insurances. Give them a try.

Walgreens on Picacho Ave., Las Cruces is always understaffed. Very low customer service standards. Waited for fifteen minutes for someone help me look for an over the counter medicine. I left and went to another pharmacy

Funny story. Just showed up for my vaccine appointment at my local Walgreens and apparently the pharmacy is closed on Sundays. Then called to reschedule and they tried to schedule it for a Sunday at the same Walgreens. Hey, @walgreens corporate, maybe update your calendar.

Walgreens at 104-25 31 Queens Blvd is the worst drugstore I have ever had to interact with. They have repeatedly made the same mistakes each time they fill my prescription. They also have very low customer service standards. I was once made to comeback because of an incorrect amount of pills given me. During times such as this Covid period making numerous visits to a establishment due to errors not of your own is very frustrating.
