I think Walgreen pharmacy need to do better on how that take calls ,maybe have one person take specific calls and have another make sure the phone don’t hang completely up and maybe have someone take the calls while they are at lunch .I realize with what going on now it how to keep staff members working but y’all also have Try to keep the customer happy

Walgreens in Cambridge Maryland is a disgrace. I went to pick up a script at 930 a.m only to find out the pharmacy would not open until 2 pm. I called before I left my house but had 3 caller's ahead of me. So I headed to get my script. When I called,why did they not have a message saying that the pharmacy would not open until 2 pm. When I came back at 1:30 there was a line of people waiting for the pharmacy to open. The line was wrapped all the way down the entire Isle then around the front of the store. To top that off, they did not raise the windows until 2:10. Shortage of staff is one thing. That's your problem. I've been a customer for some time and I am getting ready to change drugstores. Your company wasted my valuable time, as my script was called in the day before and had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get my script filled, and my gas. Walgreens should be ashamed putting no regard to their customers. Without us there would be no Walgreens.

After a sinking relationship with Walgreens in general, along came your Pharmacist Justin at the Walgreens and Simms and Belleview in Jefferson Co. Colorado. He knows the meaning of customer service, which has become a lost necessity in business. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, exceptional at customer service and just a nice person. Thanks for making a difficult day, much better! John

This place sucks I mean they don’t even know how to print out the vaccine papers that we already did on line and when we get them they give us the wrong one. And on top of that when we have an appointment at 11:45 and we don’t get the shot till a hour later and nobody is even in the place

My Covid test sample has been lost on its way from Walgreen in American Canyon, CA to Nashville! And, I am not able to get on the plane tomorrow. Who is going to pay for my flight ticket? Why Walgreen has to send the samples to Nashville, when there are so many labs here in California? Of course, making more profit by sending to a cheap lab in nowhere is more important.

I have been going to the Walgreens in Eau Claire, WI off Brackett and Hastings Way for decades. Within the last few years this store, and even worse, its pharmacy has done nothing but cause me problems. Not one time, have ever been able to pick-up a script the same day. The pharmacy staff won't do anything to help you or even get the issue figured out. They always point blame at the insurance company or doctor, or clinic/hospital staff, when it seems that everyone has similar problems. In my experience, if everyone is having the problem with Walgreens, then it has to be them! I cannot express enough how deeply disappointed and highly irritated I am with this store! It's not just this one, it's the one in Chippewa Falls, WI as well. They are as equally unaccomadating and unhelpful as the other one! They have to be held accountable for their negligence in their lack of professionalism and service that they, undoubtedly, do not provide!

Scheduled an appointment for COVID-19 vaccine booster and had to wait two hours for them to get a piece of paper. Same complaints from other customers for the past month. If they see people have made appointments, why can’t they prepare by getting the supplies ready? What is the point of making an appointment? Terrible service, workers don’t know how to do work efficiently. Will not be receiving any of my business. Location needs to shut down
