I wish to commend Carla, who works at your 127th and Ridgeland store in Palos Heights, Il. She voluntarily walked me through your photo machine on 1/7/22 and then even produced a coupon for me. Her positive attitude and friendliness is exactly what you want from your employees.

I broke up with Walgreens Pharmacy today after a 15 year relationship. They “lost” 1 medication (how?) & “forgot” to fill another. I wait 2 HOURS inside. I waited an HOUR in drive thru with ONE car in front of me. The rudeness of one technician broke me down to tears. I left the pharmacy CRYING 😢 Perhaps your personnel are OVER WORKED & OVERWHELMED. Shingle shots, flu shots, covid shots, covid testing, consultations & don’t forget the original mission: providing customers their NEEDED meds. And being polite may help the cause…WE ARE OVER!

I left 4 paper prescriptions at Walgreens on Dec 14th, 2021. When I tried to fill them this week They said they couldn’t find them. I stayed on hold on the phone for 5 hrs 56 min until the store closed. They said the next day they would contact my Dr. They never did. I got the Dr’s office to call them and finally got It.

I visited Walgreen's on W Gray and did not receive the $6 off $30 or whatever amount. I asked the clerk at check-out whether I had all my coupons and she said YES - one for $2.00 WHAT is the point of clicking on coupons and then they are NOT honored???????

Use any other pharmacy! Unfortunately, Walgreens is our in network pharmacy for our insurance. After testing positive for the flu, the doctor sent a prescription for medicine to the Walgreens on Military. My son waited in line for 20 minutes only to find out that they were out of it. The pharmacist told him to call the Front Street store. I’m surprised that they don’t have the ability to see what is in stock at other Walgreen pharmacies. I also would think it is good business to contact the store for the customer because without the prescription being sent over, my son would not have been able to get the medicine even if they had it. My son called the Front Street Walgreens, but it took him to a call center. The representative told him that she would try to get the prescription transferred from Military to Front Street. After being on hold for 35 minutes, he got disconnected. He called back and was told the medicine was not at the Front Street store, but they had some at another local Walgreens. They “transferred” him to that pharmacy and he was on hold for an hour before hanging up because he knew the store was about to close. I’m pretty sure I’ll never step foot in a Walgreen for anything ever again. I’m willing to pay more money out of network. Now we will have to wait until morning for the Walgreens that has my son’s prescription to open and transfer to a store that has the medicine.

Have not been recieving my correct medicines for a few months now. Last time I went into the store I was told I needed to bring in a card (insurance) after a few hours on the phone I got a copy of the card called the store and was told "we have it" and then hung up on--mind you it took almost a 15 minute wait to get to speak to someone- called right back to explain that is not what I was told- I cant believe how rude the old lady that answered the phone was (she was the same one who had hung up on me and the same one who told me the day before that I needed this card) All prescriptions were promptly moved to a pharmacy down the street.. IS THIS THE KIND OF PEOPLE YOU WANT WORKING FOR YOU WALGREENS????? address of the store in question Walgreens, 13551 McGregor Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33919

Terrible pharmacy. Hours changed with no prior notice. They do not answer the phones and cut you off after numerous rings. Ordered prescriptions to be delivered and they use Fedex which takes 2 or more days. They do not advise you of that. On top of that very expensive. Will never use them again.

Nice selection of things but it's really expensive.
