Scheduled 2 online appointments for shingle shots for my wife and I. The system gave us 1:30pm and 2:00pm. Forget that we filled out the online questionnaire, then answered the same questions to the service rep AND then fill out the same questionnaire on paper. We were informed that the pharmacist had a half-hour break and would not honor the 2pm appointment. She would not do both of us at 1:30 and canceled the 2:00pm so I would have to come back at another time because "she gets her 1/2 hour break" even though we had a scheduled appointment, and she didn't want to be inconvenienced to have to slide it 5 minutes. Time to find another pharmacy!

The Walgreens customer service is non existent. They don’t even try to stand behind the products the sell. I purchased a 3 month supply of estrogen patches. Here’s the problem, they don’t stick to stay attached to my skin. I took said patches back to the Walgreens pharmacy in Oklahoma City on 6350 N MacArthur Blvd. I spoke with a Pharm D on duty who let me know she cannot refund nor replace defective patches. I can however purchase a different brand of patches for $400.00 or buy water proof coverings to hold the patches on. I asked if the manufacturer would stand behind their products. She replied that I could try by calling them. I asked for the manufacturers phone number. She said it was on my package insert. (It’s not there). I went back asking for manufactures (Mylan) phone number and she gave me a number to call. I called that number and it was for financial services!!!!! I go back for a THIRD time and after a LOT of searching she found the elusive number for Mylan. I’ve left a message with Mylan so we’ll see what happens with that. Seems kind of odd to me that when a product that Walgreens sells and is defective it is left up to me to work it out. What do I need Walgreens for? These patches are not cheap and are NOT covered by my insurance. I have 1 box that has not even been opened. Can’t get a refund or replacement for any of the 3 boxes. I called Walgreens corporate office and explained what happened.. They replied “So you’d like to make a complaint?” I give up Moral to this story if you choose to use Walgreens do so at your own risk. They do NOT stand behind their products and their customer service is non-existent. What else can be said?

Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute worst. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They’ve given me other peoples medication in error, now if that happens with the elderly a lot will not know. Walgreens Pharmacy makes too many mistakes and they are going to end up killing someone. For a year and a half all I hear is “we are short staffed” HIRE PEOPLE!!!!!! They also try to override what my Dr.says. They are NOT Drs. They fill all my medication early except the one I need the most. They are getting worse and worse and they have no care in the world for their patients. My life is mow in their hands because they are giving me such a hard time. This is ALL the time. For such a huge corporation you would think they had compassion for their patients and customers. The store I have no issues with, but the pharmacy and talking to managers is absolutely horrendous. I’ve been with this company a long time and spend alot of money in Walgreens. Never again. I’m so sick and tired of they same thing each time I go pick up my medicine. You are horrible. There's one pharmacy technician that's always nasty to me and when I complain I’m told it will be taken care of. Nothing is ever addressed and taken care of. Walgreens pharmacy sucks and after all the years and money spent in that store I will be taken my business elsewhere. Thank you for terrible customer service ESPECIALLY in the pharmacy.

The pharmacy department at Walgreens (71st and Pulaski) is a headache. We waited over an hour for them to verify our children on our insurance. They claimed they called our insurance to verify and were told there were no dependents on the insurance. We had to call ourselves and had our pharmacy department for the insurance call them to confirm that we were correct. At the end of a frustrating hour or so, we were able to get a refund for our prescription.

The Sebastian pharmacy is the worst.. very rude. In front of all patrons she stated you do not need to be dependent on this sleep medication. There is Melatonin in the next isle way. They held my sleep meds… and the pharmacist was very unprofessional. Holding my meds… unbelievable. Power trip.

I can't believe the pharmacy is allowed to stay in business. They blow up my phone about my prescriptions, then when I go to pick them up, I wait and wait and wait.. poor customer service.

Walgreens pharmacy on Hywy 138 in Conyers sucks they won’t answer the phone and when they do decide to answer they place you on hold forever, kk ust hire someone to answer calls only,I am going to start having my meds delivered through another company because I am tired of deatwith these rude ass people who think that it’s funny to place people on hold forever.So if you are experiencing the same kind of issues with this pharmacy I suggest you change to.

I've been using the walgreens at southport and Shelbyville rd in Indianapolis for some time. lately, it seems as if they have not-so-well trained monkeys running the pharmacy. they have screwed up my prescriptions 3 out of the last 4 times I've gone to pick them up. even tho it is different drs, they blame it on the dr each time. I'm thru with them! and my dr had the confirmed receipt that the pharmacy had received it correctly. these meds help keep me alive, and I don't think they care. sad to leave, but I want to stay ALIVE more.
