Disgusting company
This company preys on older people. Prices are way more expensive than anywhere else. Understaffed aka cheap company. Treats employees crappy. They're underpaid compared to other retailers. Customer service is crap because the company does not allow it's employees to help customers in sensible ways. For example, I used a promo code. Order got canceled. They won't let me use it again. Every time I contact customer service chat or phone, they are useless. It feels like their hands are tied. One customer service tells me one thing, I make a decision based on that. Next time I contact, I'm told the exact opposite. The site is bad. The app is worse. I constantly have to contact customer service, who again are inconsistent and often unable to do anything. They're usually polite, though. In store is often a different story. Some are the nicest staff you'll every meet. Others ruder than the dollar store. Prescription orders are unclear. So, far i have been getting my deliveries, but i stress when checking order status, which is so difficult to locate on the site and app. Every since i switched from another pharmacy, my condition has been acting up. Could be i need to up my dose or it could be not a coincidence. Will talk to my doctor on that, but it definitely got really bad for two weeks after switching before getting under control again on my part with taking it easier on things that worsen my condition. Coupons work half the time. And when you need them corrected or a refund for whatever reason, points...points...and more points. They want to suck you into their vortex and never let you go. Points system is also bad. You can't use points with certain offers. You'll end up dropping points on items that are overpriced, making the points worth less than they seemed when you got them. Such scammers. I was hoping they'd get better after their deal with Kroger, but it's the same.
