You put you medication on auto refill it stays old for about two weeks and then it disappears what a joke time of the time don’t rely on Auto refill big company can’t get it together what a shame country down the drain Third World nation

So today I made an appointment for my mom to get a pneumonia vaccination at the walgreens in st.louis at Crestline and telegraph. The appointment was at 1130. I got my mom who is 84 into my car and to the store which is a chore by itself. She is 84 and struggles to get around. We get there a little early to check in. Then the lady says I don't have an appointment for you. I explain to her that I made the appointment and show her the info on my phone. She gets an attitude and tells us too bad u will have to reschedule. I asked to talk to a manager and she says I am the manager we can't take you today. At this point I asked to speak to her boss. He comes out and I explain to him and show him the appointment info. I explain to him how hard it is to get my mom here but he takes no concern in this. He just says you will need to make a new appointment. He try to explain to me about lot numbers on the meds which I know is a line of BS. I work on med refrigerators and know how they are recorded. It does not take an hour to record this info. There is no one else there for another appointment. We are it. So we leave with no vaccination. My mom explains to me as we are leaving that a friend of hers made an appointment for her to get the same vaccination at the fenton store a week before and the same exact thing happened. Then we go to the drive through to get my mom's pain meds and they tell us they have been back ordered and they do not have them. I got back to my mom's and changed her over to CVS. Upon telling friends about this experience they all had similar stories about walgreens and have all switched to CVS.

Walgreens at Elmwood Ave in Rochester NY has very rude and non professional front staff. Will never use them again

Walgreens and ebay card services is the biggest scam. I bought an ebay card, Walgreens never activated it, ebay customer service confirmed the card is not activated. I called Walgreens customer service more than 15 times and they kept on hanging up with me. I went to the store and the store manager did not even want to talk to me. Walgreens and ebay stole $200 from me without giving any service. I asked ebay and Walgreens to show me the transaction that is made on the card and they refused to answer my questions. Never again, I recommend anyone to shop at Walgreens and ebay. These 2 organizations are supporting economic terrorism by taking money from honest American and possibly giving it to terrorist organizations that are harming USA. These 2 businesses need to close down permanently.

Anytime I go to the uniontown store I am greeted by a smile and an offer to help me. I have all my prescriptions filled at the pharmacy and am treated with kindness and respect. The last visit an employee named Dakota was extremely helpful and attentive. I'm very happy with my treatment and service. Also, the store was very clean and well organized. Thank you ! Debbie

My son needs a daily medication so I make a point to have his dr call in a refill a few days before he runs out. The refill was called in on a Monday and I arrived Wednesday to pick it up. The pharmacist then informs me that the medicine is on back order and they have no idea when it will be back in stock. I had not received any call prior that there was an issue and the pharmacist offered no concern or helpful information. I immediately called the prescribing doctor in a panic who moved the prescription to cvs. Cvs immediately filled the prescription for me and I will be using them from now on.

i have called the walgreens on Ft Apache and sunset rd They have answered the phone and immediatly put me on hold three time total time on hold 15 minutes then they hung up on me
