Walgreens acts as a drop off for Fed-Ex…
Walgreens acts as a drop off for Fed-Ex and is much more convenient than the local FedEx store. Unfortunately the employees at Walgreens hasn’t been trained on how to accept a package when their phone based app doesn’t work.
I couldn’t get a receipt for an item I was returning and wound up driving to FedEx anyway.

I love how you put that What went wrong…
I love how you put that What went wrong this time Lets say what went right NOTHING !! I have been going to Walgreens for about 2 years because they are open on Weekends and have a drive up window And many years ago I was a customer along with my mom and dad in West Valley City Utah Now I live in Salt Lake City Utah and boy have they changed and not for the best I Have had the same experience as a lot of other people all over the country from them making you wait to pick up your meds 3 days later because they say they are short staffed to having them call your Dr. for a med refill when you have not requested it for reasons like you have to go to the Dr first before they will refill again or you just picked up your refill and 5 days later they are telling you you are do for another med refill on something that is supposed to last a month They have your Dr scratching his head wondering why you are in need of meds 5 days after he filled on that lasts a month. And just tonight there was anothing new incidednt They dont like to answer the phone I hade a question about my medication and I sat on hold for way over an hour only to be hung up on 5 times at least and they would tell you on the recording if you dont want6 to hear the music while on hold to hit the star button which you do and then they tell you that there is one person ahead of you then about 4 min later the phone starts ringing and it rings at least 50 times then it goes back to playing music again and star no longer works so you sit there waiting for what seems like an hour then it starts with the 50 rings again then you hear it being picked up and then put back on the hook and a dial tone is next and this goes on the entire time and there is always one caller ahead of you they tell you My friend has the same problem with the Walgreens where he lives its like they go to school to learn on to be jerks and not no do there jobs SO INCOMPATANT and rude Well this evening I called the corporate office and made a formal complaint about them and I am not going back there again I have had enough GET IT TOGETHER WALGREENS BEORE YOU HAVE BI CUSTOMERS LEFT BECAUSE THATS EXACTLEY WHERE YOUARE HEADED OUT

I needed a lidocaine medication and…
I needed a lidocaine medication and shopped very carefully for the right one when I got to the register the price it was stocked on shelf was 7.99, but at checkout it rang up for 24.99 9n sale for 21. and some change. Itold the cashier which he was very nice but just said sorry some put it in wrong spot. So I went back to the section to double check and there were a total of 3 boxes of this product put there obviously by a stock clerk. If there is a mix up at most retail establishments they honor the price for that customer and remove rest of miss stocked merchandise. After going back looking at product and product label on shelf I took cashier back and showed him this and he just grabbed remaining product and said sorry about that. If that's the way a mistake such as this is handled. I know of several other stores and competitors are several other that handle that situation a lot better. Customer service is a thing of the past I'm starting to become aware of. The price isn't the price

Pharmacist at Lakewood super rude Ca on Lakewood…
Pharmacist at Lakewood Ca on Lakewood blvd. super rude and always grumpy. Always horrible costumer service. Would give 0 stars if could. Transferring my prescriptions somewhere else. He upset customer in front of me as well. Needs to be trained or fired. I drove up to drive thru window. Then he just stares for a minute before yelling turn off your car. My car isnt loud at all and had no muscle on. Then after getting my prescriptions he throws pen and signature in drive up window pullout drawer. Then I had to yell my personal info super loud for him to hear along with everyone else. HIPAA violation? Pick up the drive thru window phone if you can hear.As a result I wrote to thier corporate and did survey and now on here. If you don't like your job then quit instead acting grumpy and rude. Second time dealing with you and always bad experience, especially when I'm picking up blood pressure medication and you upset me raising my blood pressure. Bad karma on you.

I was scheduled to work an event at this store last month. I didn't bring a table because they already had one of theirs in the front of the store ready for me to use. Store Manager Jessica lied to me about there not being a table only minutes after another manager already told me there was one that she was going to the back to bring out to me, and then proceeded to kick me out of her store for no good reason, before I even had the chance to tell her that I was just going to buy a table. Also the client was in the area and was willing to drop one off, but the nasty witch wouldn't let me back in the store. I have no idea what turned her against me so viciously, all I did was say that I was coming to see if the other manager needed help getting me the table, and then asked her how was I supposed to conduct the event with no table, after she got snippy and lied to me again. Discrimination is the only answer. This woman humiliated me, cost me a day's pay, and an ongoing gig .. being she talked to my agency contact and told her a twisted version of what really happened. At the very least I want Walgreens to pay me for what I would've made had I worked that particular event that the manager kept me from working, plus I wasn't just going to let her get away with murder.. so I called Customer Service and filed a complaint, with all me telling them was that the manager kicked me out of the store so that I didn't have to tell the story twice, knowing that the district manager would be reaching out to me. When he (William Lebak) finally did, I told him exactly what happened from start to finish, and he would not accept any responsibility for his manager and her actions whatsoever for me not being able to do the job, and gave me a half-assed apology and that he would speak to the store manager about this... Like anything's going to come of that, if he even does talk to her. Give me a break!!! I am calling Corporate on Monday and telling them what happened and how the district manager refuses to resolve it (he could've easily had Walgreens pay for her actions, which could've been written off as Customer Appeasement, but if it were me I would've made the witch pay for it out of her own pocket!!), and if they refuse to do nothing either, then I'm filing a lawsuit...
