Best customer service I have received in a long time at Walgreens in Salem Or! Store #04229! He is the assistant manager there! His name is Ryan! He was very professional and a very nice young man! He was extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk too! He needs to be recognized to the fullest! Give the man a raise! Thank you Ryan for helping me in the photo department! Thank you sincerely Carol Ottele”)

The Walgreens in Sylvania, HORRIBLE SERVICE!
The Walgreens in Sylvania, Georgia needs to get rid of the hateful woman who is the manager or supervisor. Today I went in there to put money on a card to pay a bill for my mom and the woman had a terrible attitude and yelled at me asking for ID. I did have ID in my wallet but I couldn't find it and she was so rude towards me. All she had to do was decline me politely but she was unprofessional. I walked away and told her I'm doing my business somewhere else and she kept screaming at me while I was walking through the door. She has gray hair, tall, and wears a blue shirt and she is Caucasian. I see why customers barely go in there. All of the workers act weird and they have an attitude when you go there like they hate customers for no reason. I will never do my business with them ever again. Every Walgreens in Georgia acts like this. How do they expect customers and they have nasty attitudes. Maybe if they get some of those managers and supervisor out and replace them with good people maybe then the store will have more business!

Disgraceful and Deplorable
I had a horrible experience with a manager by the name of Katherine Pippin store # 11101 off of Poplar and Hampton in Denver, CO. I frequent this store because I use their photo lab. I have never had an issue until now. I was developing photos, which I do almost every week. As I was checking out and talking to one of their employees about returning photos that I still had in the envelope with receipt from the week before, Katherine Pippin walked up without being included in my conversation with the other associate and said, “I’m not returning your photos!” I’m the manager and it’s my decision!” At that point she physically grabbed the new photos that I had just selected, out of my hand! She then went to grab the photos I was returning but I pulled away, I then told her never to touch me again and that I would be back tomorrow for my new photos and that I was reporting her to Walgreens corporate. I was extremely embarrassed and appalled in the manner in which she spoke to me and they’re a customer standing behind me that could certainly hear everything that had transpired. Ms Pippin was accusing me of not paying for the photos I was returning even though they were in the original envelope with receipt attached. I felt violated because of the way she forcefully grabbed the photos out of my hand and her false accusations!! I came back the next morning to pick up my pictures as I said I would and Ms. Pippin had thrown them out!!! Another manager rectified the situation and reprinted the photos from the night before. I then returned to develop more photos 12 days later on May 16th only to find Katherine Pippin working the photo lab. When I was done with my selection I asked her how long it would be before they were developed? She said they were back logged and that they would be done the next day. I then asked her if she was planning on throwing my pictures away again? Her response,”I will, if their not paid for.” I have reported her several times now. I’m still waiting for a response. This behavior Is inexcusable and Ms. Pippin has no business in any area of customer service. I have also been made aware of several other customer complaints where Katherine Pippin is concerned. Shame on Walgreens for employing such a poor and disgraceful representation of their company!!!

Walgreens stores are always my last…
Walgreens stores are always my last option for shopping. They should hire organizational psychologists to help staff develop customer service skills.

Williamsburg Walgreens COVID Booster Completed online check in and answered…
Completed online check in and answered all medical questions when making appointment. Arrived at pharmacy and was made to repeat the entire process in person while other pharmacy customers stacked up behind us. Then, after being told to wait while the lady who checked us in waited on other customers, a pharmacist came out and asked us to fill out medical information I had already done online.
I objected and she left.
Disgusted, we started to leave and asked the pharmacist on the way out what was going on now. She said, "I am checking you in."
Amazed that this was happening for the third time we sat down again and a few minutes later got our shots. Naturally it was well past our appointment time.

Customer disservice
I just read Emanuel's review and I just had the weirdest experience too. I had a receipt for a pair of reading glasses that I purchased earlier this evening. The cashier took a while and asked me why Im returning them.
She was deliberately taking her time. She then wrote a credit for the wrong item.
A young man took over and I commented that I didnt think it would take this long to do a return.
He then asked me for my id.
(This is a credit card purchase)
The lady started asking me
Miss, Miss, did your return go ok. She's messing with me for her fun.
I am a 60 year old white woman and they were both black.
This was so weird.

DO NOT EVER use Walgreens for FedEx…
DO NOT EVER use Walgreens for FedEx package pickups! I was expecting a package delivery to our home, but due to some road construction making it impossible to reach our home, I decided to set it up for me to pick up the package at Walgreens. I even got a phone call this morning letting me know my package was at the store ready for pickup.
When I got there, the only employee was what looked like a 16-year-old kid who basically just told me they didn't have any FedEx packages, he said he had just checked. I asked would he at least check again. He went back to the photo department, unlocked the door to the storage room, looked inside, then said, "Nope. Nothing here." I drove to another Walgreens about a mile away, thinking maybe it got delivered there by mistake, but it wasn't there. I went back to the first Walgreens, intending to get a manager involved. I had the email stating the package had been delivered to that store. A manager finally showed up from the back (his name tag said something like Team Leader). He basically told me the same thing, even saying offhandedly, "This happens all the time with FedEx." He opened the storage room door and let me look in to see that the FedEx shelf was empty. I noticed several other packages on the shelf above and asked if he wouldn't mind double-checking those packages. He started taking them off the shelf, looking at them, then literally tossing them onto the floor! And guess what, my package was on that shelf! I yelled out that was my package before he had a chance to throw it on the floor (It contained a nearly $200 internet microphone!) I made a comment about it's a good thing I had him look. No apologies, just a snarky remark, "Hey, at least I found your package." Unbelievable.

I have been going to this Walgreens for…
I have been going to this Walgreens for over 3 years, the past year or year and a half has been the worst, like someone else said. The staff is all new, and all are people who act like you're bothering them. They have messed up my prescription for the past 6 months, every month. Today is going to be my last time there. Other than the partial prescription I have to go back and get since they keep being out of stock of my medication. I would never recommend Walgreens to anyone ever again. They are all rude and make fun of white people right in front of you, and talk to each other in front of you instead of helping you. Once they do, they scoff at you, scowl at you, and barely say anything.
