If I have $16 and change of Walgreens cash, let me use all of it on one transaction!!! Limiting it to $10 is just ridiculous. I don't have a single account anywhere, including CVS (where I prefer to shop more because of this issue), that cuts me off from using all of my cashback rewards at once. I feel like you are my parent deciding how much of my allowance I am allowed to use. It's electronic, just let it go already!!!

Ordered 3 simple items from Walgreens. All items showed in stock. Substitutes were allowed for 2 out of three. Prior authorization was place on my card for all items and the only 1 item was delivered. I called in to customer service only to be told I just had to wait 3-5 days for a refund in the items not delivered. Why was I charged before you knew if it was available? Why wasn’t a substitute offered? Why would you run a business this way? I will never be treated this way again. There are other choices, are you forgetting that as a company?

Walgreens cooperate doesn’t care about anyone but themselves and as long as their pockets are full they don’t care about anyone below them. They screw over their employees making them work long hours for 💩 pay. They cut hours to save money and expect bare bones staff to complete what it takes a full staff to do and if they don’t get it done they’re written up or fired! So while you wait in the store and don’t see anyone or at the pharmacy, it’s not because they don’t want to help you rather they are busy helping 30 other people at the same time while trying to get their stuff expected by Walgreens done. Customers will belittle employees and Walgreens does nothing about it and just lets the customers treat employees like objects. The HR team and everyone in high management say they “strive to help employees grow and get where they want to be” but every time an employee tries to do just that. The big wigs turn a cold shoulder and all but tell them to F off. This company has been corrupted by greedy, mindless, selfish 🍑 🕳️s that only have eyes for one thing $$$. They don’t care who they have to F over to get that money. Every employee I’ve talked to whether or not it’s an active or ex employee they all say the same thing. “Walgreens is hell and they suck as a company”, “they treat us like animals and don’t give us anything good in return”. I’ve need a mass exodus from the company and I hope people looking for a job or already employed employees read this and get out or don’t work for this horse 💩 company. They will treat you like the dirt on their shoes. If you’re a man they treat you even worse. They are very sexist and hate men. Anything reported against a man is immediately under investigation but when a women’s reported it gets brushed under a rug and never reopened. If you try and dispute money or anything with this company you will get tossed in circles time after time until you give up because they will run you around and never give you your money because they are way to greety. In summary, this company is a POS company I highly recommend going to your local mom and pop pharmacy or medical stores.

I am not happy with the new ordering system. Today was at least the third time that I needed a refill and the medication was not in stock because it had to be ordered. I am one of many people who doesn’t drive so my ability to get to the pharmacy is limited but lately I’ve always had to make a return trip because my medication isn’t in stock because it “can only be ordered when needed”. Now I don’t understand how that raises customer satisfaction if every time they come in they have to come back because the app says it’s ready but when I get there it’s not because it has to be ordered specifically for that fill. That’s ridiculous. I can’t get them delivered but I also can’t pick them up when I need them. Who decided this was a better system then before? Well it’s Not. I’m mean if it’s not a simple insurance oversight then now it’s not having the medication in stock. What is the purpose of a retail, walk in Rx if you cannot walk-in and get your prescription? It’s too much. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend either. Healthcare is becoming less and less patient friendly.

The lady that works in the pharmacist on ninth Avenue in Bessemer. Walgreens was rude as all give out. I asked her which register Do I go to the one that has someone standing here as what she replied back to me she was a very hateful person.THEY need people that have better customer service.

Promos and coupons always have a catch… Promos and coupons always have a catch at checkout. I had a coupon that stated $5 off my next purchase if I spend $10 or more. I was making a $11 purchase and was told that the coupon was not for this purchase but for my next purchase. It did not make any sense to me so I didn't purchase anything.

Walgreens in Bonita springs Fl on Tamiami trail is the WORST! The male pharmacist is the rudest and most demeaning man I have ever had interactions with in the healthcare field! NEVER again!
