Worst passport photo ever! It’s so bad I’m going to pay another company half the amount to take myself.

I ordered a drug to be delivered 5 days ago. Still not here. Sitting at local pharmacy waiting for currier pick up. Horrible...

I recently switched my prescriptions from Walgreens to another pharmacy because there is inconsistency in communication, medication distribution and charges for medications I did not pickup. Then, Walgreens gave incorrect information to the new pharmacy - an obsolete address and phone number from 13 years ago and a prescription that has not been filled for 3 years due to a severe side effect.

I came to this location because I had a $5 dollar coupon off of $15 dollars or more. My total came to over $50 bucks and while at the register the coupon would not work. The cashier called her "team lead" and she cut the cashier off while talking and told her there is nothing she can do about it. I asked the cashier is she going to at least try and help and the cash said no! I then replied with, is this the example of great customer service from team lead??? I wasn't very happy and I felt like no one wanted to do there job. So whomever is the team lead who was managing this location (riverside parkway) Saturday August 26th @ 2:30pm needs to get another job where she doesn't have to deal with the public. Not a good look for your store.

Walgreens used to be my number one store. I would literally pass CVS, Rite Aid, & Adams drugs just to go to Walgreens, but Walgreens has started to basically make people download an app just to get things that are on sale and I feel like that is not fair! You have loyal customers that pass by three or four stores just to come and shop at your store and then when you get to the counter and try to check out, I already have the Walgreens sign in but I do not have the app on my phone. I simply do not have enough space on my phone to download the app. So when I go to check out, I can’t even get what I really need, the reason why I came to the store because I don’t have the app so I am forced to pay full price!!! It’s really an inconvenience for me honestly. Speaking for myself , if this keeps happening I will transfer all my business- medication, pickups etc from Walgreens to another company because this is ridiculous. I used to love this place! Signed a unsatisfied customer

WALGREENS DRUG STORE #03102- One of our patients went to this store. Was her insurances did not covered her medication and she needed to pay out of pocket. The patient informed our office and we called the pharmacy. When we spoke to the pharmacist she states that a simple generic cough medication such as Benzonatate was not covered my most insurances (which we knew she was lying, we had prescribed other patients this medication and had no issues picking it up from other pharmacies). We asked that could it be possible, the patient has Medicare and Medicaid. She had not even try running the claim through Medicaid. We then were informed by the pharmacist that it is not covered and she can use a coupon to lower the price, which was $56. We called a different pharmacy (local one) the pharmacist was so kind to process the claim and realized that the only reason Medicaid was not paying was because due to the patient having also Medicare as primary insurance, she also a managed plan to pay for her medications (Empire Plan) which the pharmacist informed us that it lets whoever runs the claim know about such plan. Thanks to them patient was able to obtain her medication at no cost. So, all WALGREENS DRUG STORE #03102 had to do was do right by the patient and ask her to provide the Empire Plan card which has all the information needed in order to process the claim for the medication. But, no. It was easier to just lie to the patient (was it because she is an elderly?) and ask her to pay $56 for a medication when she was insurance. WALGREENS DRUG STORE #03102 Do not care about their patients, only about the profits they can make.
