Incompetent company. I want to clarify that this is for wag walking... A pet walking app found on Google Play Store.. This is not the same as wag. Com which is an online pet Merchant Can't complete shipment of lock boxes. Claims issues are "isolated" Incident 1) mis-shipment a month ago or so. They didn't put my full address on the shipment of a lockbox so that one of their walkers could get into my house. Although my full address is on my profile in the app, one of their employees Brendan blamed it on me. Incident 2) provided Susannah (another one of their employees) correct shipping info 10 days ago (November 20th) No replacement shipment was ever done. Incident 3) shipment processed Monday by Brendan (4 days ago... November 27th) without full address Incident 4) another shipment done today that I didn't order (Thursday November 30th) and Brendan the point of contact for the shipping Department that handles the lock boxes says he has no idea who processed this order. I'm one customer. 400% error rate (which of course means horrible first contact resolution) is horrible. When I bring these issues up to Brendan his response was stating it was somehow my fault that they shipped to the wrong address even though it's in my profile and I gave it via text message to two more employees.. after that he actually blocked me.

So bad! I scheduled 2 walks/day for a week through the app and then called to verify that I successfully did so as the app user interface was so bad. They confirmed that I had 2 walks/day. After 3 days I see that no one is taking my dog so I call them and they say that it was not scheduled. Also, when trying to contact the walkers, 90% of the numbers were not valid, so contacting them was impossible.

Great, professional walkers.

Pros: Overall a great and reliable service... Walkers have all been great so far. Videos are paired with fun music - really fun/funny to watch. Cons (these are mostly little things if you consider that they do a pretty good job with the service that they are selling): Customer service could be better. The app doesn't allow you to cancel recurring walks which is a PAIN - you have to call - not ideal when you're trying to get things done quickly. App doesn't allow you to see the videos/photos sent during the walk after the walk has been completed so I end up missing a lot of these. I wish there was a standard for the type of information that walkers write-up in the comments when a walk is over - sometimes new walkers leave very little info.

Wag walking, where do I begin. At first they were extremely attentive. I was able to communicate with a live person, set preferences with their help and learn more about how to use the app. Two weeks later... they removed my remaining credit (I received for being referred), had a no show walker, and alienated any chance of being used by my household ever again by telling my wife she wasn’t entitled to any credits (after they said she was) because we live at the same address. That may not sound like a big deal but rest assured she is a separate customer with her own agenda for walking our dogs. In a nut shell, she represented additional business but that wasn’t the point. When a business says they’re doing something (in writing) it loses all credibility by doing the exact opposite. Very bad first impression to their second, and far more lucrative customer in this household. Not smart business Bottom line, we really appreciate this type of service but have since moved onto other sources.

They don't have consistency in what they say. Always changing the walker and makes for horrible communication etc...Not cheap for a walk and the people scheduling don't know what they are doing to please the customer.

I'm only basing my review on previous comments. As I have never used before. However, a red flag did go I up a when they asked for my credit card information before I actually had confirmation of my request. The reviews for the most part were very negative. For those reasons I did not book there. I am disappointed! I really thought I had found a reliable service for my beautiful 6 month old great dane. Does anyone have any suggestions for the last minute? Need help
