Wag is great service that I am looking forward 2 c grow. Customer service for clients reaches out 2 u and let's u know of any changes and offers u alternatives, I recieve texts for walks wit veteran walkers for a discounted price when they are in my area which is something I want to c more of next year. For walkers I want to c more improvements as a fellow walker for the company when I call or text I experience long wait times which can be a bother ):

Their customer service is great however their service has been iffy. I had a walker that went 0.15 miles in 20 minutes and then “played with him” I have a video camera in my apartment and she was mostly playing on her phone. I guess she didn’t understand the walk part of it. Another walker brought him back after 24 minutes. Again I knew because of the camera. If you are going to use them get a camera so you can verify what they are actually doing

I needed someone to walk my dog temporarily after I had hip surgery. Initially my kids were available, but they had their own lives to lead, so it was always hit or miss whether he got walked or not. I finally decided to go with a dog walking service. I was trying to decide between two when I found out that my daughter’s friend worked for Wag. Although she wasn’t available the times that I needed someone, I went with them anyway. I felt that $20 for a 1/2 hour dog walk seemed expensive, but deck to give it a try. By the end of the first week I was won over. This company is so professional. My dog had his walks scheduled at 9am. Every day his walker was there exactly at 9. One day I must have been asleep and didn’t hear the knock at the door. My dog always barks when someone is at the door, so I can only assume he was in the backyard and didn’t hear her knocking. She even sent me a text to say she was here. I woke up about 15 minutes later and was surprised that Roscoe’s walker hadn’t come. Then I saw the text, and I felt terrible. I was able to contact her and reschedule for 11am. She was so accommodating and willing to rearrange her schedule. Service like this is worth the money you pay. Whether Yuit home or not when your walker arrives , you know that they will arrive on time. You can track your dogs walk live. During the walk, the walker will take a picture of your dog that you will have access to. My favorite walkers were Emily and Chloe. Both have amazing personalities and the patience to deal with my dog who really wanted to walk but didn’t want to leave me. Wag’s great walkers won both me and Roscoe over!

I think this is a great service for busy individuals.

Love the App. It is beyond trustworthy, convenient and so easy. It makes the crazy collective chaos of NYC was easier to manage. Knowing part of your family is in good hands and getting to exercise they need. Massimo knows some of his preferred walkers and loves seeing them.
