John is a great pet caregiver. He is punctual and shows that he really loves our fur babies. He is very responsive to requests for dog sitting. Wag and John are a great resource for me. Very happy with the caregiver have booked him several times and will continue

Anyia is the best. She comes she know Faith and I really appreciate her coming. Faith adores her!

I was going to give a two star review for the app and website not being user friendly. I was nable to call also I find them difficult to use and I'm quite good with such things. I accidently booked a caregiver since I was only given 30 mins to decide but had no option to cancel. Plus the caregiver wag chose was 12 miles from me, way too far. I did Thankfully I was finally able to email wag representative(s) who were very helpful, hence an additional star. This in no way reflects on my wag caregiver as she was great.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I paid over $65 for a caregiver to leave my dog without water. I don’t even know if she was walked. I can’t begin to describe how furious I am. They charged me an additional $10 for the July 4th holiday but there are zero people answering the phones so what the hell is the extra charge for? They also added a $10 tip to the service for themselves that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. The last time we used this service we had property stolen and they did nothing to make it right. We hoped it was a fluke but this entire company is disgusting. Zero customer service, walkers and care givers do not follow care instructions and can’t be trusted and nobody to answer the f phone.

What a scam! I created my account on wag! and sent an invite to one potential dogsitter who was unavailable. The next thing i know I've received a message, while in the middle of a meeting, that i have limited time to review other offers. An hour later i find that i've had someone assigned to me with the payment already approved. It took me over an hour to figure out how to cancel (I had to download their app), and how to deactivate my account - since deleting appears to be an impossible task. I only hope my credit card info is also deleted. I will never use this app again!!!

My dog was left outside his cage !!!! Why would they do that when I specifically told them to cage my dog … he got into many things … poorly job done by the walker

Customer service is terrible. I requested a conversation, with customer service, to discuss my concerns, at least 5 times. Each time, they send the same automated response to send an email. Sent email with my phone number and never got a call back. Terrible customer service. I am canceling this app again. They don't care about their customers.
