Reliable care for my pup!

I have had several different people care for my dogs and all have been wonderful. Some of my requests have been on short notice and I have been able to have a drop in visit or a walk for my dogs. It’s nice to not have to worry about my dogs when I am at work or need to stay late.

My step daughter signed up to be a dog walker. I received a text asking me to endorse her. Wanting to help her, I clicked on the text. I wrote an endorsement. Then the screen came up with PayPal I do but no amount or explanation. I clicked CONTINUE. This immediately charged my GooglePay via PayPal $10. Wag! Says no refunds and I have a credit. Scam on dog walkers friends & relatives. I can only imagine how awful they must be otherwise if they prey on their dog walkers families for a few cheap bucks. They have since stated they will refund the $10. My Step daughter paid a membership fee. It wasn't the money that bothered me - it was the deceitful experience/non-disclosure & I found it odd initially that they allowed friends & relatives to endorse dog walkers. Kind of skirting ethics at Wag!

Laura is great with the dogs. They all live to see her.

2 no shows on training our dog! Both booked time out of my busy week, which I might add, I took off work!! They flake then block me Great work ethic.

The walkers are great, however dealing with administration Is maddening. There is now way to actually speak to anyone.

There’s nothing more important than a Dog Walker than dependability and that your dog likes him. Royce is a great Dog Walker.
