The best customer service and walkers are amazing

I enjoy using wag to find reliable and last minute dog walkers. I like how all my walkers have ample reviews and videos. I also enjoy the tracking feature on the app and the cute videos/pictures they send you of your dog. It isn’t foolproof - I can’t use it if I’m not home. Even though they sent a free lockbox, I live in an apartment and the front door of the building does not have a code.

Edit: edited to add that after the comment below from Wag nobody has reached out to me. So if you're thinking "this is a reasonable piece of minor feedback, and Wag still took the time to reach out, wow!" don't be fooled. They didn't. Had great experiences with our walkers, friendly and caring with great notes and videos provided on each walk. Wag itself has been disappointing though. By my third walk I had needed to contact support 3 times for a mix of incorrect charges, bugs and incorrect updates to walks. While the support team were really friendly and resolved each issue, apologizing profusely too, the effort to book walks starting out was too much. The app is buggy, if your walker needs to update a time the support team have to be involved and, if they make a mistake, can be a hassle to resolve. Love the idea of the service but not the company, will be trying Rover as a replacement.

Golareh took several great walks with our 14-year old chocolate lab, Chip, and 11-year-old golden, Salsa. I know they enjoyed their time, and I liked that she understood that their speed and enthusiasm would vary depending on the day because of their age. I completely trusted her. I also REALLY liked how easy the Wag! app is to work, how customer service would text me to check-in, and how I even got a text asking if I needed help re-scheduling after I had to cancel one walk. Super attentive and super efficient!

I think Wag is a great concept. I just find the app a little hard to navigate.

Wag has been a huge help on days when I can’t make it home at lunch to take my puppy out. I love being able to see where each walker goes, and I love the little report cards at the end of the walk!

Wag! is a genius service because it addresses a great need of dog owners especially in a busy metropolitan city. Although it is hard to entrust strangers with your pup, I am reassured by the fact that wag walkers are certified and that there is insurance.
