So far I’ve had only one bad experience where the walker didn’t show, but Wag was great and found me a new walker even though it turned out to be an hour late. Every other time has been great.

Wag is so easy to use. All I had to do was download the app and make a copy of my key. It was fun tracking the walk and gave me peace of mind that my dog would get out and get some exercise while I was away at work.

We ended up getting our Sophie Girl (lab mix) from the Brooklyn ACC quicker than anticipated and literally brought her home one Tuesday night with no idea who was going to walk her Wednesday when we went to work! In stepped Wag! to the rescue and we've been enjoying them ever since. We've had several walkers who have all been great but Kaitlyn and Katlyn are our favorites and Sophie's too! All the walkers are good with their feedback "report cards" and we love knowing that Sophie is getting exercise and a friendly face during the day along with basically on-demand scheduling for us. We love WAG!

The concept of Wag! made me a little nervous at first: trusting a stranger to my credit card info, my home, and my dog. However, when the first walk began, I was instantly put at ease. The walker sent me multiple photos and videos through the app, and I could watch the walk live on the map, along with the spots where my dog did his business. This was adorable and delightful. It made me feel great to see his report card and that he was home safe. I would work a little harder at making the trust obvious up front, but Wag! already has a good reputation around Los Angeles, so there wasn't much of a barrier to me trying the service. I've rated all of my walkers 5 stars, never any issues, only once did the app malfunction a bit for one walker, but that wasn't her fault. I would, and do, recommend to anyone.

Its very helpful and easy and the walkers are very nice

I have used Wag about 10 times since gettin it in January and have been loving it so far! I only had 1 bad walker who showed up after 20 minutes and didn’t walk the full amount. It makes me suspicious of the others but it seems they have been good and patient with my pup! The app is easy to use though sometimes the wait for a walker is high around me.

My pups Wag walker has been phenomenal. She keeps me well informed and I absolutely adore the pictures she sends. I love the tracking app that allows you to see where you dog goes to the bathroom and the ability to upload videos. It would be great if the videos would last longer than just the walk as sometimes I can’t view them right away. Other than that it is a great service!
