I LOVE Wag in concept and have had some great experiences with them. But I definitely think there are some kinks that can be worked out. I have had great experiences with them and only one bad one where the person showed up 45 minutes late. I wish we could choose the walkers or fit in more criteria on who to choose (i.e., within a certain mile radius to your house). I'll continue to use it because it's super easy and the customer service is good and the dog walkers are great, but I hope they can work out some of the kinks in the app.

It's a solid company, have never left me or my dog hanging, she always gets walked when I need someone to come. The only issue is the quality of walkers and amount of photos/updates seems to vary between walkers. There isn't much consistency, sometimes I have a walker texting me a million videos to my cellphone which can be annoying and sometimes I have a walker who leaves me one generic sentence after the walk, which is also a little unnerving. Some go through the app to update and some go through text... I guess some consistency would be nice. It's a very convenient help though and I will continue to use them!

For a company that advertises same day walk, year round availability I was very disappointed when my dogs couldn't be walked Superbowl Sunday in a window frame from 11-5pm. I work long shifts and relied on this company. Will not use this company again. Customer service was a joke.

My 2 furry ones love taking walks! Im not always able to take them. Thanks to wag! I can get them out to enjoy the day while im working! Price is not bad per walk per dog. I use wag! Almost every week now! Every walker that ive had was nice and so patient and kind with my 2 pups!

The app is simple, the dog walkers are trustworthy. They sent me a lockbox so I don't have to coordinate anything with my walker, I just lock up for the day and trust that they can take it from there. My dog loves his regular walker and I appreciate getting the report card with a photo at the end and a summary of their trip.

I love it, especially the ability to track walks in real—time!
