Absolutely love Wag! We've never had anyone else walk our dog and I was very nervous sending him off with a stranger. Our Wag! Walker was amazing... she was patient and kind with our very anxious dog, she took the time to get to know him and let him get to know her. We've had the same walker come back to walk our dog four times and each time he gets more comfortable with her, goes for a longer walk and gains more confidence. I am so grateful for Wag!

Great experience with walkers, a little of a struggle with the company's customer service but all in all a great experience. Fantastic real time updates, gps tracking, etc. Easy app, all the technology is great and clearly built to hypothetically not need the customer service team. All walkers have been great at communicating and helping us take care of our new little puppy as new dog parents!
