Wag makes it super easy to get a dog walker scheduled quickly and remotely. I've found their services to be reliable, their walkers to be great, and they offer a good amount of transparency on what's happening with your dog via the app. The pricing feels high compared to finding a walker on your own, but you pay for the convenience. The app also lacks in ease of use and features to be able to interface with your walker and re-schedule.

I used to use Wag when I had long work days, 2-3 times a week. I had the same problem twice, and both times their customer service was nonexistent. Wag makes zero effort to rectify any concerns their customers have concerning the walkers and our dogs. I found a new service and have used them since my issues with Wag were brushed off and not taken seriously.

Pretty professional

The walkers that have come to take out Dolly have been fantastic. They’ve given thorough reports of her activity and behavior and I even get an update that she’s back home safe & sound!
