I have had fantastic experience with Wag! All of my questions/concerns are addressed within minutes. I also enjoy the live walking features so you can see what's going on your baby while you're away. The free lockbox has been a nice security feature. I will continue to use them for all my dog walking needs!

Love that every walker has the same consistency in walking my two furbabies and it is something that I truly appreciate. My two dogs are two different dogs since I joined wags and in a good way! I'm glad this app was recommended to me been a life changer!

Wag is great! Always on time and their walkers are so sweet, loving and caring for my dog. Who is a little aggressive but they handle her with love every time

The dog walker that I use is absolutely excellent. The only problem is that my dog needs to meet the walker while I’m at home otherwise the walkers can’t get in the door. He barks his brains out. When I try to cancel the walk with my walker is not available, It’s a real pain to do. Other than that, the app is pretty user-friendly and I use it frequently.

Never had a bad experience!

My review would be 5 stars if it were not for some important features missing from the app itself. There is no way to request the same walker from the app. You have to call them and they send a link. They show you walkers in your area with bios but no way to select someone. Again you have to call. Usually a wait or they need to call you back. Defeats the “I need a walker now” option. My walker is great with my dogs. They love Dave!

I have had a great experience with Wag! The walkers have been punctual, energetic and they love dogs. I will continue to use them. The cost is reasonable and customer service is responsive. Get your dog the exercise he needs through Wag!
