We love Wag! Wag is a game-changer. The walkers are great and the convenience is something I now can't live without. The only issue is the app. Visually and functionally needs updates. Way too many unnecessary elements which complicate simple steps. Processes timeout and make you start over. The app tries to do a lot of things but none of them very well. The company is poorly represented by the app -- please do a massive update!

All the walks have been successful. My only gripe is scheduling is sometimes problematic. I'm given one walker, then I'm texted that they're not available. Then I'm texted that I'll be texted again and then I'm texted after I've gone asleep ....

Chewy loves his walks every time his Wag is coming he waits for them at the door. He loves walking around the neighborhood every week. chewy

Maybe its just because theyre new to our area, but what a mess!! Our first 2-3 experiences went well but after that everything went down hill, awful communication, booked for services we didn't request, walkers saying they came when they didnt. We decided to cancel

Absolutely love Wag! They are a little more expensive than some of the smaller dog walking services, but I get a better peace of mind knowing that all the walkers are insured and background checked. I also like being able to track them by GPS during the walk. And the pictures I receive with the reports are great! So far, all the walkers have been very nice to Harley and they've given great reports.They also all seem to love her! I'm happy to see more services being offered. I received my email for 2 free nights for sitting and I think we may use it soon. I've recommended this service to all my friends who have dogs. It's absolutely worth it! Thank you!!

Melissa Flesch in 98118 was incredibly rude, unprofessional and gave us the creeps. I didn’t want her in my home again, as she seemed like a dishonest person and very unfriendly. I would like to know Wag! had better judgement of who they let be walkers of our dogs, trusting people into our home is a big deal. They say they verify their walkers, but this one really shouldn’t be working with them if they are a credible company. She was truly awful.

My fur babies truly enjoy their walks with Linda. This has been a wonderful service.
