Wag us great and the walkers are trustworthy and friendly

Excellent, my dogs come back happy, tired and when I’m busy it’s perfect.

If I could leave no stars I would. This is the worst company to work for. Sure, they have this handy app, offer a free walk, but the customer support for walkers is ZERO. The final straw for me was when I was bit by a dog and it took NINE hours for someone to follow-up with me, and then they said it was my fault because a 120lb 40 year old woman look threatening! What a joke!

Highly recommended to reftain So BAD. Avery young staff with not much experience with dogs.They are expert of giving you hard time and lot of daily anxious. They are suppose to be your sweet hearts pups responsible but they are not. The customer service is not communicative, they don't send you updates to let you know that the walk has been canceled and this happened regularly to stress you out while being unable to go and take care of your pup!! On top of that they charge you 10$ cancellation fee! The walkers usually don't pay attention to your notes. They try to charge you above the time you required, like they charge you 30m walk instead of 20m. Also they dont have enough walker available.

If you never have a problem or question Wag is great- just don’t expect customer to assist. Lots of last minute cancellations, auto-responses pretending to be human responses to customer service complaints, and absolutely NO assistance when your walker no shows. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Anywhere. Ever.

I tried wag for the first time and they let both my dogs loose. They didn’t use the harness provided and my dog was injured on the freeway...the day it happened they said they would reimburse me for the vet expenses but they have yet to do so. This may be getting legal. Don’t trust them in your homes, with your credit card information, but especially don’t trust them with your beloved pets. Don’t let what happened to my sweet 10 year old husky Nikki happen to your pet!!

Amazing!!! We love wag! A LITTLE pricey when you have to do it quite a bit. But really helps when you are in a bind.
