DEFINITELY PLEASED WITH THE VISIT!

Took great care of my dog, very thoughtful!

I love wag, it’s been a life saver since I moved a bit further than my immediate family who used to watch my doggy. But she’s totally getting used to the wag walks, and looks forward to her preferred walkers to come!

Zero stars if possible. I’m trying to find a boarding for my dog yesterday. The search took forever so I moved on. It says I won’t get charge until I know how much is the fee and I have to approve it. Today they auto-matched me with someone and charged my credit card over $1000 without my knowledge. I did not approved that. They are asking me to pay $99 to cancel that appointment they set without my knowledge. Trying to get help from the app but it’s only text bot and they just ask for my info and no way to contact them.

The “premium” (paid) membership gave me fewer responses than did the free trial. Because of the fees Wag! tags on, the cost is exorbitant. I first look for local people on NextDoor. I do not recommend Wag!

The caregiver stayed at my house for four hours at a time, eating my food and using my dishes (I came home to a pile of dirty dishes in my sink), the worst was when she locked herself and my dogs out of the house, which cost my neighbors $189.00. On top of inflated Wag! Fees. It’s impossible to contact a live human to even discuss these challenges, much less resolve them.

Max was a great dog sitter, very reliable and responsive and sent cute pics along.

I couldn't be happier with my WAG Walker. she takes great care of my dog! I highly recommend!
