I love this service. Love my walker. Love the pics and videos of my dogs on walks. Love customer services. The app needs a bit of work. I want to be able to schedule my favorite walker at her leisure on a specific day. I also have an old dog that needs a slow walk for 15 minutes and a young dog who needs to run, play or walk fast for 45. Not Seeing that option.

Your app needs work. It is not intuitive. You need a focus group made up of customers.

I totally recommend Wag to all pet owners. My walker Heather is very professional, very caring and very protective of my pet , I have increased the walk with Heather from twice to three times a week and my pet just loves Heather waiting for her at the window to arrive.

This company is great and they respond very quickly to requests. They also bend over backwards to accommodate their clients. They have been very good to me and my 14 year old pet!!

Wag has been a great experience for myself and the fur family, I work long hours and my pups have a regular walker who they have a blast with and treats them well. I get a daily report of the walk and a picture showing their happiness on being out. I just set up my son with wag in Indiana to walk his two dogs when he's at work. I highly recommend Wag, it's reasonably priced and have dependable walkers.

I've been having an issue with app.. I can't see my dog being walked.. I've uninstalled and log out and Nothing!!! I've call text and email.. Nothing!!! I would like to see my dog being walked

I have been using Wag! for a brief period now, but have had nothing but a positive experience. I work graveyards and my dog was having accidents in the early morning when I couldn’t get home to her on time. I looked into Wag! yo see if I could curb this by having a dog walker in the early morning. Wag! has a concierge service that sets you up with a meet-and-greet with a walker prior to committing to the app and fees. I met with my preferred walker Emily C. and she got along wonderfully with my dog and didn’t mind the early call time for my dog walks (6am)! The walker sends me little photos and videos as the walk progresses and you can view the route they are taking in real time. They always replace my house key in the free lock box they provided. They also give my dog extra belly rubs and quality time before leaving. They are dog lovers, just like me. My dog loves Wag! and so do I. I have already recommended the app to my coworkers and fellow pet owners. They are very professional and trust worthy.

I have just started using wag but each scheduled walk has been very good. I was pleased with the walkers and their attention to my dogs. Customer service has been extremely helpful as well. Each time that I’ve had a question or a problem (mine, not Wag’s), they have exhibited fast courteous and friendly assistance. Very pleased.
