Very personal customer service! Truly feel like they have my pet's best interest in mind

The people that walk my dogs are always nice and customer service is great. I would give 5 stars if the app had less bugs.

This has been the best service for our crazy work schedules. Our puppies love our walker and get some extra attention and exercise during the day. The app is easy to use and let's you track the walk from beginning to end. Highly recommend this service for your furry companions.

Walkers have been great but when something comes up communication with a live person is impossible! No one answers calls or emails to resolve problems.

Before I moved I had a dog walking company I enjoyed however after the move I struggled to find a new company until a friend suggested trying Wag. It has made scheduling dog walks a breeze! I could not be happier with the dog walkers I have met. They are on time, friendly, and give my dog a great walk! You also cannot beat the convenience factor. It makes daily schedule changes so much easier when you can request a Wag walk at anytime. I am so thankful I found Wag!
