Always a very good experience

Wag is a peace of mind I never knew I needed

I started using Wag! for just one particular instance where I would not be able to let my dog out and had no one who would be available to do so. (It was my wedding day and turns out almost everyone I knew was busy.) I was able to check in later to see that the walk was successful and was pleased to see a report card stating what my dog did and where she went on her walk. I've now scheduled walks two times per week and I come home to a happier dog after a long day of work. All of the walkers have been very polite and obviously very kind to my dog. It makes me feel like a better pet parent to know my dog is getting attention from people who genuinely like dogs.

I have had an excellent experience with Wag. I'm a graduate student in a big city, and I've found it hard to get home to walk the dogs every few hours. Every Wag walker we have had has put my dogs at ease and made them really look forward to their walk while I'm in class. The walkers send pictures (and sometimes videos); I can see where they're walking in real time on the app; and they often refill the dogs' water bowl and give them some treats and extra belly rubs before they go. I haven't had any issues with security; I use the Wag-provided lock box on my apartment door. The one downside is that you can't choose your walker unless you set up a regular schedule; you can mark people as "preferred," but it's the luck of the draw whether they're available at any given time. And the service is expensive for a starving student. Nonetheless, it's been a lifesaver for me.

Most all of there walkers are wonderful. You can tell they genuinely love animals. I only had one walker that I could tell he was doing it for the money. I asked wag to please not send him to me again and they complied. I’m a busy working mom and sometimes I just don’t have the energy to walk my dog. It is an invaluable service for me.

Wag has allowed me to have more than just the ability to have my first pet, but also enjoy the process and feel supported along the way. Couldn't do this without it!

I have a year old pit bull/hound/lab mix. Wilbur is 50 pounds and all muscle and legs. His walker understands him. We have twice weekly walks scheduled, but any time I have needed to make adjustments to my schedule I have had immediate response. Aside from that, I love the pictures and backgrounds available through the app. Wag rocks!
