The walkers are great, the communication between walkers and office and customers needs some work.

Wag has been great to work with! The walkers are superb - the convenience is great and they offer discounts when a walker is in the area which is nice. The app is easy to use and Wag is good with communication.

Every single person that has walked my husky has been super friendly. They seem to love and respect my puppy as the smart animal she is. I use these guys all the time and will continue to do so. Highly Recommended!!!!

Great service! All of the walkers I've used have been great and customer service is quick to respond.

Customer Service is not great. Difficult to book more than one walk, or less than two months, at a time unless you contact customer service to do it. Difficult to get the same walker all the time, unless you contact customer service (and even if you request them, Wag will lie and say they are "Unavailable" but really, someone else just claimed the walk first.) . I love our walker, so at least they have quality people but the app itself has a lot of bugs and kinks to its system.
